Joshua's Plumbing

My appointment with Joshua was between the hours of 12 noon to 2.00 pm and he arrived on time, Every time I've seen Joshua, he is professional, neat and friendly. He donned his coveralls and went through the crawl space under the house to check the pipes and since I couldn't remember which pipe was leaking, he checked all of them. Josh was under the house between 30 to 45 minutes and when he came in the house he said that there was no leak. I have such confidence in Joshua ever since he took the time to explain why he needed to change the way my bathroom sink pipe was installed. We just consider him the "family" plumber.

Arrived on time and fixed all items to my satisfaction.

The craftsmanship of the repair was admirable, but I'd have to say that I was even more impressed by the communication wit everyone I dealt with at Joshua's. If someone wasn't immediately available by phone, my calls were returned promptly. I was never left in the dark about scheduled visits or commitments, I was always treated with respect and courtesy, Joshua and others I dealt with were good natured and pleasant, and was always made to feel like the most important customer they had. Will definitely call Joshua's for any future plumbing issues. Side note: missed the 15% Angie's List customer coupon, my bad...but no regrets...I found a quality plumber!!

While he was not the best priced he was definitely the most professional, timely, and courteous plumber I have ever met. Though I chose to use another plumber because of overall cost and business' location I do plan to use him again in the future.

Using a gas leak detector, I thought there was a small gas leak at the flexible hose connections of the furnace and dryer. I thought the hoses needed to be replaced so I called Joshua's Plumbing. Within a couple hours of the call, Joshua came over. He spent some time checking for leaks. He thought that gas was not leaking and that there was no need to replace the hoses. He did not replace the hoses and did not charge me for this service call. Thank you Joshua. I will call again for any plumbing problems in the future.

I chose them because they were rated high in Angie’s List and they were close by. It was just a leak that they fixed, it seems okay now and I don’t have any complaints about it.

Joshua came on time and explained everything he had to do. He purchased a new Hot Water Dispenser and installed it. He was very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend his services.

He was punctual and gave us good advice. He changed the hot water heater while we were out of town and when we came back, it worked perfectly. We haven't had any problems. They were very clean, organized and professional. They did a great job.

He arrived on time and in a short while had both toilets working again. He has done work work for us in the past and we would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

When our Kenmore water heater started making VERY scary noises, the first thing I did was to call Sears (the phone number that was on the tank). Talking with those .... people... (My wife would be upset with me if I expressed myself fully here), the only thing I got out of them was that there was only a 1-year warranty on this water heater (it was less than 3 years old), and they kept trying to push me on a $200 service contract. Fed up with that nonsense, I turned to Angie's list and found a plumber with good reviews. NOT Joshua's Plumbing. These other guys were friendly, professional and punctual. HOWEVER... Their technicians decided that the best thing to do would be to sell me a whole new water heater, at a cost (I was looking at the medium-price range) of a little under $2,000. After my experience with Sears I was just about ready to say yes to this when my better instincts kicked in and I turned back to Angie's list. There I found Joshua's Plumbing, with a special coupon: New water heater installed for $1,200. Josh came out, and after hearing about my experience with the Sears ....people, he told me flat-out that a "1-year warranty" was absurd - the bare minimum should have been 6 years. Josh spent a lot of time with me assessing the situation and offering possible solutions. Most importantly, he suggested that I go to the nearest Sears store and raise h*** with their manager, which I gladly did. I went to Sears, made a nuisance of myself there, finally got to talk to a manager over the phone, and found out that, surprise surprise, the water heater and all of its parts were in fact covered for 6 years. They sent out a guy the next morning and replaced the burner unit. Total price - yes, we decided to go with the 5-year service plan - was roughly $550. Josh didn't make any money by coming to see me, but he earned my respect, trust and gratitude. He will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Joshua is responsive, very personable and informative. He returns class quickly. He provides options for approaching the work. We just asked him to come out to look at several other plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

We have used him 3 times for various problems and have been very happy with his service. He even replaced our water heater last New Year's Eve after 6pm! That's service!

I needed to have my dryer moved closer to the wall. Joshua moved out the washing machine, shortened the gas line and was able to fit the hose in the groove between the dryer and the storage drawer underneath. He moved the washer and dryer back into place. We can now walk by them without hitting them. Joshua was the fifth contractor I spoke with about this fix and the only who could solve the problem.

The job was completed in a professional manner and there's no doubt he has experience and knows what he is doing. There was no downtime and he allowed me to ask questions so I would understand what was going on. Pretty simple and straightforward job needed to be done and he handled it well and checked his work thoroughly. Thank you Joshua

I called Josh when my parents noted rusty rings under their bathroom faucets. He came out and looked at the situation and stated it is party due to a malfunctioning part issue. Gave me the information to contact the manufacturer for the replacement part, which was FREE, after which he was happy to replace the product for us. He could have ordered it himself, charged us for it, but didn't! I was very impressed with how he worked with us to try and keep the costs down as much as possible. I didn't have contact with him after the initial consultation, but my parents, who then called him back once the replacement parts arrived to fix the drains, along with a few other issues that they've noticed since, was very pleased with his work, and his professionalism. I would definitely call him again for plumbing problems. I am happy to have found a plumber we can rely on!

Josh did a good job installing a 1 ½ inch gas pipeline approximately 100 feet through my garage and attic for a new pool heater. Josh is very down to earth and easy to work with. When I first contacted him I had several ideas on how I thought the project might be done. We worked together to determine the best route and way to install the gas line. Josh is kind of a one-man-band when it comes to plumbing so don?t expect a large crew to come out to do a large project. He seems to be a very caring and hard working person. My only suggestions for improvement would be to do a better job cleaning up (the messes from drilling holes) and step on less of my wife?s geraniums instead of more. I?m not an expert on the installation of gas lines but from what I know I think Josh did a very good job at a reasonable price. I look forward to using his other plumbing services in the future.

Joshua flushed the heater system and inspected leaking. He recommend me to email the manufacture for free part instead of buying it. I hired him later for nuvo installation. Very friendly and detail. Main water pipe was redirected beautifully.

Great. This is the 3rd time I've asked Josh to fix something. He's always punctual, friendly, and knowledgable.

joshua came to my house on date and time requested (no rescheduling). he is very knowledgable, friendly, and clean - he was very careful not to track dirt on my floors or into shower during the job. he fixed water pressure issue in shower in 30 minutes and his price was fair. i highly recommend him.

I have to give Joshua an A-plus. I had been given an 8-10 window as to his arrival. He arrived shortly after 8 and was done in about an hour. He quickly assessed my situation and got to work. He explained that he would send the snake through the pipes and then (later, after the rest of the work was done) I should put a cleaner down the drain. He explained that the snake would create a hole for the cleaner to better do its job, rather than the cleaner hit the clog and then just stop. He took apart the pipe work and removed the damaged pieces and quickly replaced them. He had everything he needed to do the job. He didn't mind that I watched and asked questions. On the contrary, he seemed happy to answer them. I was very pleased with his demeanor. He seemed like a friendly neighbor rather than just a worker doing a job. And I felt that his rate was very reasonable. I'll definitely call Joshua the next time I need a plumber.
