Joshua's Plumbing

Joshua of Joshua's Plumbing is owner and does his own work. He is professional, very friendly, explains what he's doing, shows up on time and his prices are very fair. We had a leaky shower faucet. He asked for a picture of the fixture which we texted to him. He picked up the parts before arriving, finished the work very neatly within an hour. Done! He's done work for us before and we always call him without hesitation.

Excellent work as usual! Josh is my go to guy for all my family’s plumbing related work for years. Today, he worked at my sister-in-law’s home; she was very pleased with Josh’s personality, quality of work, professionalism, and price. Will definitely hire him again and refer to others as well with no hesitation. Thanks Josh!

Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 9:30. No one showed up or had the courtesy to call to reschedule. I called and left two voice messages, which were never returned. I also texted, which was also never returned. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLUMBER. I called another plumber (Not on Angies List). What an inconvenience!!!

Joshua arrived at the agreed upon time and was very pleasant. Before even looking at the job, he assessed what needed to be done. What I had was not the usual hair plug in the drain. Joshua worked on it for a good 45 minutes and finally cleared the problem. (Apparently, 40 years of slow build-up hair, soap and grime finally came to a head.) After finishing up the job he also gave some good advice for preventing problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joshua Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I guess all the positive reviews have gotten to Joshua's head. Joshua was very nice when he first came to changed my bathroom faucet. Great work. He couldn't work on the rest that day so he said his office will call and schedule another day. Great. 2-3 days went by, no call, so I called and texted the number to see what's up. This was on a Saturday so we finalized the appt as 8am in the morning on Thursday. I was told this would be his first job. Great. I arranged my schedule to be home that morning. I got a text at 7:54am on Thursday saying Joshua would be late, coming in at 9am. I said what happened? So Joshua text me directly and ask if I still need a plumber at 9am. I replied in a professional way that I was not happy about the last minute change, but I will be there at 9am and be sure to be there closer to 9 than 10. Joshua then replied, telling me "I am sorry your not happy. I really don't want to work in a negative environment. Thank you for the opportunity to work for you.Have a nice day". Are you serious? I express that I am not happy with the last minute change and you're not coming because of the "negative" environment? There are lots of other professional plumbers out there. Be warned, stay away from this one.

He was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He explained what he was doing along the way and stayed to test the dishwasher to make sure everything was working properly.

Joshua showed up on time and determined that the bearings on my garbage disposal were shot so I needed a new one. He did not charge me for this and said he'd get me a quote for a new one within the hour. Within minutes, I got a call with a reasonable quote and he came back and installed it that day. He seemed very nice, knowledgeable, did good work and left the area clean. I plan to use him in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Joshua came out and installed an Aquasana saltless water softener/whole house water filtration system. He did an outstanding job!! He was completely familiar with the system, and installed it in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable as well.

He's friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Felt that he was looking out for my interest rather than his (e.g. his suggestion would cause him more work for the same quote). Joshua is very knowledgeable in the installation and maintenance of the Aquasana system. Did an awesome job installing it. He added a bypass for when we need to service the system without having to shutoff water completely. Josh is very professional, personable, trustworthy. I highly recommend him and would use him again!

He came on time and it took few hours. installed the water heater and strapped on the wall. He told me that the previous installation didn't have the appropriate overflow line. He fixed that. He's always very informative.

He arrived on two separate dates, exactly on time. His work was performed in a very efficient manner. He was neat, and completed the work exactly as he promised. Just a great and satisfactory experience.

What a great guy! He arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent, professional job. He paid extra attention to details, was very careful to clean up after the job and best of all - he provided, by far, the best price for the job. I solicited four quotes from other plumbers on Angies List and he was the only one who based his quote on exactly the type of toilets and heater that I requested. All of the other plumbers wanted to substitute much more expensive toilets/heater which resulted in an additional $600-$900 for the job. That's not what I wanted to do. Joshua did exactly the work that I asked him to do and I am very happy with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Joshuas honestly great. He's a cool and reasonable person. I've used him in the past and will again. He's personable and knowledgable. He answered my questions and gave me options for the future of my home.
