I called Joshua on Monday morning he said he would be out to survey and give a cost, he called about an hour later and said he would be there in 15min, and he did show up checked for possible cause of backed up drains agreed on price and Joshua made all necessary repairs and showed us the cause of the cloged pipes, very clean work will use again highly recomended!!!

Received call-back within an hour and same day service. Very satisfied.

I contacted Joshua's Plumbing about a leaky shower I had. He came out as promised and quickly determined the part needed to make the fix. I also showed him my wobbly toilet and he assessed the fix and price for this. When he got the part he came back to my house and fixed the shower and toilet. The service was very efficient, professional, and the price was reasonable. Joshua was very personable and I would definitely recommend him.

I left him a message. He called back within a couple of hours, said he was on vacation and wouldn't be back for a week, and gave me the name of another plumber he thought might help.

He was very responsive and explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was on time and very professional. He anwsered all my questions and made me feel very at ease with what was happening. this is our first home, and the first thing that we needed to take care of ourselves. He made recomendations based on our situation and he will be coming back to do more work. I would highly recomend him. The price was great!

We are very pleased with Joshua's services. He was punctual, friendly, and informative. He made sure everything was working well. He had all permits and materials ready to go. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Overall it was a great experience. Unfortunately my past experiences havent been the best with repairmen/plumbers so it was refreshing to actually have professional, curteous and just overall great service. And on a reasonable budget too.!

Joshua removed the damaged pipe and replaced it with a new one. Joshua was prompt, professional and explained the process completely. I chose Joshua for the service level. His prices were very competitive. I wish him only the best as he deserves it. It's nice to see someone with the integrity that he has. He is an excellent plumber!!!!

Customer service was excellent. Joshua explained to me how to turn off the water over the phone (my side yard was flooded), and was very thorough in explaining all of the different options for fixing the problem (tankless vs. conventional water heater, advice on different brands, and tax rebates available). I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing in detail, was always prompt in arriving and answering phone calls, and was very courteous. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I had a tenant call to complain about clogging and overflow of the bathroom tub and sink. I called Joshua in the morning. He immediately call the tenant and made an appointment to go to see the issue. He called me a couple of hour later with the solution and a quote which was reasonable. He did the job and my tenant said "Also, the plumber, Josh, was great! He showed up on time, worked professionally, and did a great job. I would highly recommend him for other plumbing needs we may have or to anyone in the area. I think he is based out of La Habra."

Joshua was able to schedule my installation for Saturday... even though I called on a Friday. He also squeezed in a last-minute request to replace the kitchen faucet. Joshua was responsive, accommodating, and punctual. The W/D install required additional fittings due to a different layout that we desired, and he accommodated this. I am quite certain that if Sears had performed the install, this additional work would have cost far more. I would certainly contact Joshua for future plumbing needs, and highly recommend his work. Josh spoke with homeowner by phone after throughly assessing the situation. Josh explained to the homeowner that he was unable to determine source of the problem without opening a wall or ceiling but was hesitant to do that without the homeowner being present. Josh recommended turning off the main water supply to the home until the homeowner returned as soon as possible. The homeowner agreed and Josh carefully turned off the main water supply to the home. This quick and courteous response prevented further damage! Josh and his office provided outstanding service and follow up!
