Over all I will use Joshua"s Plumbing inc always.

He came out right on time and took care of me. I felt he charged me very fairly. He was pleasant and efficient.

They arrived on time. They completed the job that day. They cleaned up any mess they made. They were very nice.

Joshua did a fantastic job. This was the first time we have ever needed to hire a plumber to fix a clogged drain as we tried snaking the drain for a few hours with no luck. Joshua was extremely professional, showed up on time, and also provided feedback on some general plumbing questions we had about our water heater and water softener. I am very pleased with his work!

Work was done on same day as requested. He was prompt, professional and reasonable. Even tho he was busy he squeezed me in. The job took approximately one hour and a half to replace to very old garbage disposals. Overall excellent service and quality. Total price included the two units.

He originally thought it was just the tank that needed to be fixed, but he found that the toilet was cracked. He ended up replacing the whole toilet, but he still honored the original price. I thought that he was very honest and personable.

I called Joshua based upon an ad in the Angie's List magazine, which had a $10 coupon. He was responsive over the phone, listened to my situation and we traded several phone calls in order to set up the appointment (which included having a third party available.) Right from the start, I was impressed with how cordial and polite Joshua was. When Joshua arrived at the appointment, he was a couple of minutes early and again I was impressed with how friendly and professional Joshua is. The entire experience was great and I would definitely hire Joshua again. My neighbor (the third party) also seemed inclined to hire Joshua for future plumbing needs.

He responded within 4 hours, even tho he was in the middle of a large project. This was late in the afternoon. He found the leak by cutting some 1 foot square holes in the drywall. He was neat and clean. Once he found the leak in the copper at or below the slab, he gave us the choice of coming back with the special materials he would need the same evening or returning first thing in the morning and running 3/8" "PEX" tubing inside the copper, rather than jack-hammering up the floor. We opted to be w/o water until the next AM. He returned and completed the job. We were satisfied completely with his work as well as his concern that we understood our options. He did have to return in a few days, as I noticed that the moisture in the wall was not completely dry. He tightened a fitting and we are good to go!

I had attempted to remove the tub spout myself; but, after removing the set screw, I was unable to pull off the old tub spout. I called Joshua's Plumbing to finish the job because I wanted a professional who could remove the old spout without damaging the wall construction, tub or plumbing. After I described the situation over the phone, Joshua estimated a cost of $220 to remove and replace the spout, including the new spout. He came over about 20 minutes after we finished talking on the phone. Joshua worked for about twenty minutes removing the old spout, destroying it (as I expected) in the process, but preserving the existing plumbing. After getting our approval of the new tub spout, Joshua soldered an extension to the copper stub out with a threaded end for the new tub spout, screwed on the new tub spout, and tested the installation for leaks and correct performance of the shower diverter. The final cost was $200. Joshua was very courteous, a pleasure to work with, and kept me informed of what he found and what needed to be done as the work progressed.

It was pretty basic. The guy was the nice guy and he seemed to be fair. He was the owner. He was punctual and a good guy, I would recommend him.

I was so grateful to find Joshua's advertisement in my Angie's List book, on a Saturday when I least expected to get a plumber. My microwave had died the day before, and so when I discovered that my garbage disposal was also 'dead', I was very stressed out. He returned my call within 5 minutes. He sounded professional, and more importantly, he sounded interested in doing the work for me. In the past, I have had the opposite reaction from other contractors, and so was happy this time to find a person who cared. When I described the problem, he aske me if I had tried the reset button. I told him that I was afraid to deal with testing it, and that I was pretty sure that it just needed replacing. At my request, he stopped at his supply place, and before he bought a new disposer, he called me to explain the choices that I could make - I picked one out. He suprised me by offering to return it, if it turned out that mine wasn't 'dead'. I don't think many contractor's would've offered to do that. Upon his arrival, he was friendly + professional - so it was very easy for me to discuss each of my concerns. Joshua is great at describing the plumbing issues, and how one problem can be similar to another. When all of the work was completed for the day, I asked for his opinion + thoughts regarding fixing other problems in the coming year. He gave me some estimates for the faucet replacement, pipe clearing, and other potential projects including replacing/repairing the water heater. I thanked him for his work, and expecially for treating me and my projects with respect and consideration. As I do have a lot of previous experience with contractors - I feel that his fees for the work were fair and honest. And most importantly, Joshua was comfortable to be around - to have him enter my home to do the work. In today's world, that quality of feeling safe is very important and cannot be taken for granted. I am recommending him and his work to my family and neighbors, and I will be using his services in the coming years.

It was a fantastic experience. Would definitely use his services again!

I called Joshua's plumbing on Sunday and left a voicemail and he called me back in about 15 minutes. He came out Monday to check out the leak and provide me with an estimate for the work. He came out Tuesday to perform the work. I trusted him with a key to let himself in to begin working so he could get an early start. I am selling my mom's house and this was a repair that was requested by the buyer and needed to be done quickly and I was impressed with his professionalism and being able to depend on him to get the work done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with everything and would hire Joshua's again for my own house in the future.

Joshua is professional, reasonable, personable and qualified. He is also very accessible, and communicates via phone, email AND text. He answered all my questions before he began any work, and explained what wyould need to be done after his work was completed. (For example, drywall work that he couldn't provide.) Possibly best of all, he gave us options and allowed us to make our own decision based on the amount of prep work WE wanted to do.

It was a great experience. He was clean and professional. He did just what was needed and quickly. We will recommend and use him again!

I had four contractors take a look at the leaking in our two bathrooms. Joshua came out hands down on the top. He identified the problems and provided a solution that was most cost effective. When the job was given to him, he even picked up the materials for me and was on time. He said it may take all day but in actuality, he completed the job in about 3 hours. He left the site clean and tidy and even made sure he broke up the old toilets so that trash collectors will not reject them. We were extremely satisfied with the results and wouldn't trust anyone else to do future plumbing related work.

They were great and we haven’t had any trouble with the tub since. It was simple job and his pricing was reasonable.

On the day I called Joshua's Plumbing to schedule an appointment I left a voicemail. Joshua called me back within the hour. We discussed scheduling the job for the next day due to him having another job scheduled in the AM and not knowing how long it would take. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment, so he told me he could come over right now.(We live not to far from each other). Long story short, my faucet was changed the same day I placed the initial request for service. And it wasn't even an emergency ! The work was done promptly and I haven't had any problems with the faucet since.

I used Joshua to fix my plumbing last year. (sorry for the late review). My pipes were leaking and he came to my house within 2 hours. He found the leaks, turned off the water and diagnosed the problems. His estimate was fair and he was an extremely nice guy and so was his partner Roger. He installed Aquapex pipes, installed new plumbing underneath my sinks, installed a new water heater, and installed a new drainage line. I had a lot of plumbing problems and he fixed them all pretty well. It took about 5 days to finish all the work and they did a good job. I would recommend them to other people here.

UPDATE: Oftentimes, people review on Angie's List and you wonder if they still feel the same way a week/month/year later. Well, I have referred Joshua's Plumbing to a friend (uh, a rather PICKY person) and she AND her husband (who is a litigation lawyer, by the way) had nothing but good things to say about Joshua. Thank you for not making me lose my friends, Josh! For YEARS, I have been asking everyone I know if they knew of a good plumber. No one liked theirs enough to recommend anyone. I first found Josh through Service Magic last year and was impressed when I met him. At the time, we decided not to go forth with the work (purely all cosmetic at that point). This time around, I found Josh again on Angie's List and was not surprised to see he was given a service award for all the good reviews he received. Both faucets in the guest bathroom were leaking, with one spewing water out dramatically. I emailed Josh but didn't hear back (call him if you can't get through because he's experiencing problems with his carrier). Usually if a contractor doesn't call back, I move on. But because I had already met him and he seemed reliable, I knew something must have happened and he didn't see my email so I gave him a call on his cell. He returned my call within minutes and it was Memorial Day weekend! He confirmed that he didn't get my email and didn't even know that I was trying to reach him. He spent a good 10 mins or so on the phone with me to tell me how to handle the leaky faucet. We diagnosed over the phone that it was not an emergency situation. He came out (on time) for the first appointment (an estimate of various things I wanted to do around the house, including replacing those two faucets). We made appointments for the repairs and after 2 postponed appointments (which was fine because I was not in a hurry), Josh came 15 minutes early to replace those 2 leaky faucets in the guest bathroom. Hard water had also stiffened the supply lines and hardened the angle stops (couldn't turn at all in either direction). He replaced all those as well. He is very flexible and willing to work around your budget and tight schedule. His prices are very fair; he is well groomed; he explains in laymen's terms so you have no problems understanding the scope of the work that needs to be done; his demeanor is pleasant (no pressure at all); he gives you tips and shares his knowledge on how to prevent further mishaps. His bill came out slightly lower than the estimate because I didn't have to replace all the parts like I thought I needed to initially. He was not one bit bothered by my very inquisitive 5 year old who kept getting in his way to see what was going on. He even turned my son into his little "helper and flashlight operator," which was a thrill for the little guy. We are having him back to do more work around the house especially as our kitchen renovation is underway. I feel very comfortable with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, good-natured, and knowledgeable plumber.

Joshua was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and an excellent Plumber. He took his time and was methodical in his diagnosis of where my slab leak was. Once he had an idea of what/where the problem was he took his time explaining to me why he came to the conclusions he came to, and was very fair in his estimate of the cost to fix. After taking his time fixing the problem he made sure to explain in detail and to show me what exactly he had done. I no longer have a slab leak and I will not hesitate to call Joshua for any and all of my future plumbing needs.

Joshua's prices were honest, as I had checked with a few other plumbers who gave me really outrageous estimates. He was clean and dependable. He came on time, when he said he would. This was a pretty big job and he ended up completing everything on two visits, within a week. I would absoloutely call him agian in the future for any plumbing needs that I have. Joshua was very professional. He answered all of my questions, and told me exactly what needed to be done. We did get off to a rocky start because he missed an appointment for an estimate; however, he took responsibility for that and more than made for it. He ended up coming on a weekend, and arrived on time. I am satisfied with his service. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

They were very prompt and provide timely service. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.
