Wonderfully, they were professional, courteous and punctual.

Terrific. First carpet cleaner didn't get the carpet cleaned. Zerorez cleaned and removed all the stains. Stain have not reappeared. Will use again.

I purchased an offer for "$99 for 2 Areas of Carpet." They refused to honor the offer because of an added stipulation that the carpet must be "wall to wall" ( a stipulation that nowhere appears in the small print of the offer). I asked why it would matter since the rug I wanted cleaned was much smaller than a "wall to wall" room. The guy would not give any explanation but to repeat "it has to be wall to wall."

Not well. The service provider arrived and informed me that even though I had paid for cleaning of my marble counter top, as had been advertised by the company and confirmed by a telephone call, that this company did not clean marble but only cleaned granite. The technician was very polite and pleasant but the work that I had paid for was not done. Addendum: Eric and the company have bent over backwards to try and rectify the situation and offered me a refund on the services. I was very pleased with their responsiveness.

The price was pretty high. The space wasn't very big. I wouldn't use them because of the price.

This company is the best carpet cleaning company. They are polite, friendly, prompt, and thorough. Other companies pressure you for extras and leave the carpet with a crisp layer on the carpet that feels horrible. Zerorez leaves carpet soft w/ no chemical residue.

The work was done thoroughly in a timely manner. Care was taken to protect my wood floors and my furniture and walls. The carpet was dry in 12 hours, as promised, and it smelled and looked as good as new.

Daniel was our technician, he was GREAT! He paid attention to every detail of the job, he was polite and a joy to have in our new home. I will always ask for Daniel although I'm sure all the technicians are also very good.

Called office for an appointment and they were able to send someone within 2 days of initial contact. They gave us a 2-hour window for when they would come and an estimate of the cost based on what I told them needed to be done. Workers called us about half an hour before arriving (they arrived well within the 2-hour window). Darnell reviewed with me what areas needed to be cleaned and gave us an exact price. It ended up being within $10 of the phone estimate. I agreed to the price and they immediately began working. Both Darnell and Daniel were very professional and friendly to me, my Dad, and even my dog. They did a great job in a timely fashion. I was very pleased.

This was a big deal purchase. As it turned out, it wasn't what I wanted, really. I mean, don't get me wrong. The gentleman that was here did a fine job but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. So I had to hire somebody else to come in and do what I really wanted. I think they kind of warned me ahead of time. I needed it re-caulked, re-grouted and stuff like that and they didn't do it. They just did what they said; they cleaned it. That job was fine, but it wasn't what I expected. It was probably my fault that I did not explain myself well enough. It is not a negative reflection on the service itself or the person that did it. They did what they said they were going to do and it was fine. They just basically cleaned the shower as best they could, but it needed re-caulking, re-grouting and things like that and that wasn't part of the special. They didn't do that. They were on time. He was very nice and told me upfront that is not what they did.

ordered off angie's list called to schedule they came out and did some process when they left floors were wet and look ok, as they dried they looked horrible. I called zerorez and they told me someone would be out that day and no one ever came or called and we left another message so the next afternoon i called vendor who installed floors and they came out and scrubbed off all that residue that zerorez left on my floors I called back and left another message eventually getting a hold of Erick Bollmann and he asked questions and did an investigation as to why no one ever called us back or came out and was going to find out how to fund our money because we were not happy and it was a break down in communication on zerorez and was willing to refund our money just needed to contact angie's list to find out procedure we would like a full refund

Zeroez was difficult to reach to schedule the cleaning service. On 12/30 I provided them a contact number. On 1/4 I still had not heard and called their office and was told someone else would call me to book the appointment. On 1/6 I sent another request to contact me. It was finally scheduled for 1/18. Upon arrival, the technician stated that the deal did not include granite counter top cleaning/sealing and it would be an additional $35/linear foot for refinishing. Clearly not in terms of the listed service. He did apologize and stated that the person taking the appointment should have asked additional questions regarding the service. He then said that sealing the floors would be an additional $50. We have a party this weekend and I needed the floors done after the long wait, so I agreed to this additional fee. At the end of the service, I was charged an additional $250, even though I stated I had already paid Angies List the price. On the plus side, the tile I have does look better and they did arrive in the timeline p. I requested Zeroez to look into the pricing error and still have not received a reply despite both calling (on hold ~10 minutes and then leaving a message) and email, but they did have time to request I provide a survey. This is the offer details, so it seems that the technician and scheduling people are not aware of what they are providing: $199.00 for up to 250 square feet of cleaning and sealing for natural stone or tile and grout; extra square footage can be cleaned for an additional fee per square footValid for granite, marble, or ceramic tile floors, countertops, and backsplashes

They were on-time and did a great job! I had not had my carpets cleaned for a long time; that might be why I thought the price was a bit high.

It was a bit rocky at first as they had thought they were just doing a cleaning, but once we got that miscommunication fixed it was wonderful.

As always, Zerorez did an exceptional job of cleaning my carpet! They removed stains for which I knew the cause as well as some which were a mystery to me. After he left I realized the tech had not moved my sofa and loveseat to clean underneath as they have done in the past, but those areas were probably not dirty anyway. Also, they no longer provide free carpet protector to Angie's List members, which is disappointing. They are still so much better than traditional steam cleaners that I will most likely continue to use them.

Called 3 times I was told because it was Angie's List they need to call me back.

Great Great Great experience from start to finish! Excellent customer service from the rep who explained everything, to the tech Jose that came out and did the cleaning! They were so professional but super nice too! My carpet was pretty bad and it looks a zillion times better. Not to mention the subtle clean citrus scent when its finished. Awesome! They were a bit more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it! Definitely will be a continued customer!

Dana, the Zerorez expert did an amazing job! Our carpets came out cleaner than I expected. After using many other well known cleaning companies, I can confidently say, this is the only way to go if you want a really clean carpet. Our old carpet almost looks new!
