Description of Work: The carpet cleaning was the best I have received in 20 years. Certainly will be using them again. The technician went over the carpet multiple times and got out stubborn stains that had been there for years. The carpet smelled good and dried quickly. The price was lowers than most companies. The technician was polite, friendly and professional. The office was also polite, informative, helpful and friendly. I have used name brand carpet cleaning companies and Haines and Cross out did them dramatically.

Description of Work: Haines & Cross came out and provided a complete estimate for cleaning two Karastan rugs and cleaning all our carpet. The estimate, which included discounts offered on Angie's List, seemed like a very good value. We had them take the rugs out for cleaning right away and they returned them the next week when they came to clean the carpet. The young man who did the carpet cleaning was very polite and professional and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the cleaning of the rugs, as well. We will definitely use them for all our future carpet cleaning, and probably for some slate flooring we have as well. Great company!

Description of Work: FYI: This was a while back so I can't remember exact date and price. The two-man team did an excellent job of putting down quilted protective sheets over my white carpet which was an access way to the dinette and kitchen. These areas have white tile. The grout that was there was turning a dark grey. When they finished it was white. I couldn't believe it! The kitchen floor looks amazing! The only concern was that they left a film over the tile that I had to wipe off with towels on my hands and knees. It took a while to finish the job. I wish they had taken care of this final polishing while they were here, then I could have given them the A rating that was well within their area of service. I would recommend them and use them again; I would just follow up on the polishing aspect more.

Description of Work: Jose was a few minutes late but called to let me know (which I appreciated). He arrived, measured the rooms I needed to have cleaned and worked up an estimate on the spot. The price for what I had cleaned (living room, dining room, stairs, master bedroom, bonus room and hallway) was very reasonable. He then proceeded to vaccuum (I have an 83 pound German Shepherd so dog hair is a way of life), spot clean and then clean. In total, it took 3 and a half hours and he worked continuously. The result was that the rugs looked brand new (I haven't had them cleaned in 5 years). He was polite, efficient and I'd recommend him and the company in a heartbeat. It would have taken me longer and the results wouldn't have been as good. (I had a section that had been covered with a statue and the carpet there looked 2 shades lighter-when he was finished, I couldn't find the section--the carpet was that clean)
