Description of Work: Scheduled in advance, they called to confirm2 days before, and the day of the cleaning called to offer an earlier time. Good communications. Cleaned 3 bedrooms and 1 upholstered chair. Protected corners in the house from the hoses, covered hardwood floor to prevent wet footprints. Clean carpets look very good, dry overnight and no smells.

Description of Work: Two service men came here half hour late. They started measuring areas of carpet, for which I presumed for the special deal, 3bds room & hallway I purchased. They came & showed the estimated of $828.22? I was shocked & mentioned about the $179.00 special deal. They realized and found it on their worksheet they missed. I asked the ares for the deal & an extra room and another heavy traffic area and end up paying total of $341.00 including $179.00 special. I called Hanes & Cross next day & expressed my unpleasant experiences. A lady talked was surprised and asked if they left a carpet cleaning spray when they left. No, they didn't. The owner, Eric called next day even though he was out of town & apologized & offered the full refund for the extra I paid. I thought it was a good gesture & customer service and asked to do the area I declined with these two guys came originally. Eric called when returned and told me he'd refund an half of the extra I paid. I felt its better than nothing, so I took it. But I felt little uncomfortable after his changing of mind to his original commitment, I decided not to get the service for the time being. I still do appreciate his trying. His assistant at office and his response were very prompt. It was very professional on these service men but the owner & office personnel were professional. I probably use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had my tile and my carpet cleaned. I knew it would be over the advertised deal for square footage so I had them out for an estimate first. He was right on time and very professional. I was not sure if I wanted to do one of the bathroom floors but if I did, it would be because of one area that I could not get clean. I decided to go ahead and do that bathroom which I had received a separate quote on. Jose, the technician cleaned the area but it still did not clean up to my satisfaction. He did not charge me for that bathroom. I felt that they were a great company to deal with and would definitely use them again.
