Description of Work: I had really dirty high traffic areas and I can't believe they were able to get them out and get my carpet to looking brand new again. I also got my tile and grout serviced, I can now see the actual light color of my grout. My mother also said that the serviceman was very professional. I will definitely be using Zerorez again for the rest of the rooms in my home.

Description of Work: Cleaned two bedrooms, carpet and stairs. Arrived on time, were professional, first class work. Only problem was getting them to contact me. Bought Angie's list special that stated they would contact me by Tuesday, July 14. They didn't. Angie's List followed up with e-mail to see if I was contacted on Wednesday July 15. When I responded in the negative, apparently Zerorez was contacted by Angie's List as it called the following day, the 16th, to set up an appointment. | |Thanks Angie's List for a good recommendation and great follow-up.

Description of Work: The office was very slow at contacting us to redeem our Angie's List purchase. Our tech on the other hand was prompt, professional, respectful, careful of our home, and gave us some tips. He even gave us protective booties for our own feet. |

Description of Work: They cleaned my stairs and upstairs bedrooms. The best thing, your carpets aren't crunchy when they are dry. The serviceman explained everything very well and arrived to my home clean.

Description of Work: I had made three appointments and they never called or showed up each time so, I didn't want them to clean my carpets and asked for a refund. They were very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had the smallest amount of wax build up on my hardwood floor. I had tried everything to remove it for 6 months or so. I was chasing it. I would clean the floor and thought I had it and as soon as we would walk on it the spots were back. These guys can in a nailed it. Floors look as close to new as possible.

Description of Work: The work itself was done well. |The issue that did not go well was the appointment set up. They gave me a day that they were available which worked out for us. There was planning on our part that had to be done because of the nature of work that they were doing. I called them a day before to confirm since I never received a confirmation call from them and they proceeded to tell me that their guy they had scheduled went out of town and they could not get to us until a week+ later. This was frustrating because we had to completely change schedules on our end not to mention we already paid Angie's list up front.
