Haines & Cross were able to adjust their schedule to accommodate us immediately. The owner, Eric Bollman, came himself to clean the carpets. When the work turned out to be more than expected the price went up however Eric adjusted the price to meet our prior expectations.

The carpets look great! There is no residue and carpets never get sticky. They stay cleaner longer and we would highly recommend them. They are a little more expensive but are definitely worth it.

Fantastic! They did a great job! We had a number of problem spots that they came back to do with absolutley no hassle! I am going to use them from now on and would highly reccomend them!

I have pets and the carpets usually get dirty. Their pricing is expensive, but their cleaning lasts longer. I have used them around 5 times till now. I usually have them clean the carpets in 4 rooms. I have a lot of steps as I live in a 3 storey home and they clean them too. I have been using them for around 2 years. They take payment upfront before they even schedule an appointment and that is something that I don?t like about them.

They were reasonably priced, easy to work with and did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

I have used Zerorez twice for carpet cleaning. Both times they did a great job. They were able to get in quickly, get the job done fast and well, and leave a clean carpet behind. The second experience I had with them was using them to avoid having to pay carpet damage when I moved out of my apartment. They did so well that the landlord was impressed and I got my deposit back. The service paid for itself.

They use a non-soap cleaner. The soap can leave a residue and the dirt will stick to it. This way should hold up better. They came and were very personable. A friend had recommended them. They got out the stains.

One person arrived, and did the entire job in under 2 hours. He was friendly, efficient, and quick. Everything went perfectly.

This a very unique company. They actually brought a truck to my house and all the carpet cleaners are attached directly to the truck so that they wont leave any residue in your home. Their price is a little bit higher, but they have quality work, better than most places.

The crew that came in to do the cleaning were really pleasant and knowledgeable. The system that they used was unbelievable, all stains that seemed impossible came out and with no mess at all! Everything was really well taken care of, they even returned all my furniture exactly to it's original place.

They returned my call within 24 hours as promised and followed up as promised. The cleaning crew showed up on time. They were neat and clean. The crew boss, Richard, was honest and friendly. The carpet looks great, and the price was great. They did not try the usual bait-and-switch that I have experienced in the past with other carpet cleaners. I would definitely hire Zerorez again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The great process for cleaning is non- existence. The two cleaners arrived on time. Maybe an 1 1/2 hours work. All looked clean but, when the person commented on stains still showing I was worried. I thought this was a great new process. As they said carpets stayed cleaner longer. I have to say that less than 1 week later the carpet stains came back. the master where I paid for extra cleaning had stains return within a week. I called and was told it is a process that has to be done numerous times. They came out once more with-in the alloted 10 day guarantee. Master carpet was cleaned but, the stains returned. I believe this great process is the same as any other. NOTHING SPECIAL. NOT WORTH THE 400 DOLLARS. MY ADVICE GET YOUR CARPETS CLEANED FOR LESS MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Eric and his partner were prompt and ready to work. My living room carpeting had year old pet stains (new puppy) and spilled coke stain that I had tried to clean up only to have it reappear. There were enough spots on the carpet so that I thought it was a complete loss. As soon as they began cleaning I was absolutely astounded! I've never seen anything work like this product! My carpet looks brand new! The smell is gone from the pet stains. I will have them come back again and again, and no other cleaner will do. There is absolutely no sticky feeling, which had occurred with the other cleaning products. I am totally satisfied not to mention thrilled!

The price was a bit high but well worth it for the quality of work. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly, and their cleaning lasts longer than other carpet cleaners that I've used in the past. I used to get my carpets cleaned 4 times a year, but with Zerorez I only need them done twice a year. They're outstanding at cleaning up pet problems. I'll continue using them and would recommend them to anyone!

Good experience. My wife was in the hospital so it was short notice, and they accommodated me. The cleaners showed up on time (in fact early - which was great). They had two cleaners (Brian and Eric) and they finished up early. Since I didn't shop for price, I can't comment on the value of the service, but I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning and especially the coach and love seat. Our pet had rubbed her body against the coach and create a dark ring. This came out without a problem. Looks like new.

I used to own a commercial cleaning company and have owned and tried several systems. This company is the best I've seen.

Two man crew showed up on time and got right to work. Price was as quoted and they spent a significant amount of time explaining their process to me. Major problems with residue from citrus cleaner on furniture (not on carpet). It left a sticky substance on many pieces of furniture (wood) throughout the house.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! ARRIVED PROMPTLY, TRUCK AND MATERIALS WERE NEW OR WELL MAINTAINED. FRIENDLY, EXPLAINED PROCESS - NO CHEMICALS, DRIES IN HOURS, DIRT & OLD RESIDUE IS REMOVED NOT SCRUBBED IN OR REDISTRIBUTED. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY RETURNED AT 7AM THE NEXT DAY TO REDO AN AREA THAT HAD BEEN LEFT STREAKED. NO PROBLEM, NO COMPLAINT ON HIS PART, HAPPY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. AFTER 10+ YEARS OF USING CHEM-DRY EVERY 4 MONTHS, WE WILL BE LOYAL ZEROREZ CUSTOMERS FROM NOW ON. WE SHOULD REQUIRE IT ONCE A YEAR AND EACH TIME THE CARPET WILL COME OUT BETTER AS ADDITIONAL RESIDUE FROM PREVIOUS CLEANINGS CONTINUE TO BE REMOVED. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE, REASONABLY PRICED WHEN CONSIDERING THE FREQUENCY.

I LIKE THEIR PITCH. HOWEVER IT IS SORT OF HARD FOR ME TO DESCRIBE WHETHER OR NOT I AM SATISFIED. MY CARPET IS TOO OLD TO BE SALVAGED. IF IT WERE NO CARPET I THINK I WOULD BE HAPPY.

TWO WORKERS CAME, VERY PROMPT. THEIR WORK WAS DONE IN ABOUT 5 HOURS. THEY REMOVED ALL RESIDUE FROM PREVIOUS CARPET CLEANINGS, AND LEFT THE CARPET LOOKING ALMOST NEW. THEY ALSO LEFT ME WITH A SMALL CONTAINER OF SPOT REMOVER.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID ON MY CARPETS. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE PRICE WENT UP SO MUCH JUST BECAUSE OF ONE FOOT IN MY HALL WAY. OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THE ASSOCIATE, IVAN BROWN, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE ARRIVED. HE EXPLAINED THE ZEROREZ PROCESS AND REASSURED ME I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY MANY QUESTIONS AS HE WORKED. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THE AFTER CARE OF OUR CARPET AND REASSURED ME THAT THE CARPET WOULD STAY CLEANER FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SOAP USED ON THE CARPET. IT HAS BEEN JUST UNDER A YEAR AND HE IS RIGHT! THE CARPET HAS STAYED CLEANER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED ZEROREZ TO MANY PEOPLE OVER THIS PAST YEAR. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN IT IS NEEDED.
