They are very professional. They stick with the quote that is given. They are very prompt and helpful in selecting flooring.

The pricing was reasonable for the tile. I went in twice. The first time the customer service was okay and the second time it was poor. They were very responsive one time and the second time, it was really bad. I had to wait a long time.

They were excellent. I would recommend them. They gave a good product and delivered it. I would use them in the future.

The salesperson was excellent. They did a good job. I don’t have anything to compare their prices to. I had a little bit of an issue with the installer’s punctuality. The carpets look great and are working fine. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Salesperson very helpful in explaining different brands and types of carpet and I also got good input as to what to purchase from design perspective. She came out to my house to measure - was very prompt and professional. They allowed me to take samples back anytime with no pressure to get back. Installers were prompt and professional....only hiccup was they were missing carpet tacks which delayed the install as installer had to go back and return later. It was due to a miscommunication between sales and installation as to our specific job site as my contractor had already removed all prior carpeting since we were in a major remodel. Not a big issue, it happens. Overall very nice and would use again.

I recently bought a new house (actually quite old, but new for me). It needed lots of work which I had done. The finishing touch was the flooring which I knew would make all the difference in the appearance. Since I had good experience with Tompkins Flooring in Laguna Niguel earlier this year, I chose them again, but the store closer to my new house in Irvine. I got the same top service there and the sales rep was so polite and professional. I get so sick of hearing advertising from the larger flooring stores that their prices can't be beat. They can be beat because Tompkins has proven that to me twice now and the workmanship was superb. Watch out for sales people at other flooring stores who will quote a lower price saying the flooring is the same quality, but it actually is a cheaper quality. I found that out the hard way many years ago. I also experienced with the larger flooring stores sales people who didn't know the products well and problems with installation. Whenever I need any kind of flooring in the future, I won't hesitate to run directly to Tompkins. They are the experts on flooring!

A good experience all the way around. Kathy was quite helpful in picking out the carpet. We were replacing all the carpeting in prep for selling house. Didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a good/durable carpet. She had a good selection and it didn't take long to find the right carpeting. She came out the next week to measure and gave us a total price which was quite reasonable. We had to wait for some upgrading we were doing to the house so we had to wait for that to be finished before installing the carpet. This was no problem for Kathy and she kept checking in to see if we were ready. When we were ready for the carpet to be installed the installers came out on time and did a good job. Were able to finish the job a little faster then the estimate also. Would certainly recommend Tompkins Flooring,

Tompkins Flooring allowed me to take several carpet samples home which helped greatly to choose the one I wanted. They promptly came out to measure, give a good price and do the installation. The result looks great.

Fast and as painless as one could expect. The salesman was patient as I selected samples in the store. The estimator came on time. The workers showed up on schedule, and finished the projected 4-day job in three days, to my delight. Only two small corrections I requested, made promptly.

We visiting the store a few times to review the selection and pick out samples to bring home. They have a laid back atmosphere, but were extremely helpful with our questions. Once we picked the style we wanted, they were ready to come out to measure within a week. Our carpet came in earlier than they projected. They worked around our need to have installation on a weekend. The installers were extremely professional and did not waste any time. But they were thorough: we (perhaps unwisely) picked a berber carpet with a "random" pattern. The installers took the extra time needed to make sure the pattern was installed perfectly. It ended up taking 8 hours to install about 800 square feet (plus stairs), but only because they were being perfectionists - which I appreciate. It's been a few months, we haven't had any problems. When we replace our kitchen flooring we will definitely use Thompkins Flooring again.

It took 2-3 days. The experience went well. They let us take some tiles home with us. They were efficient about their estimate and coming out and looking at the bathrooms. The workers were efficient and clean. They respected our carpeting, rugs and furniture. They did a good job. The finished product was nicely done.

I have had a very good experience with them. They subcontracted the work and conducted themselves in a professional manner. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

We picked out tile with Kathy and she made all necessary arrangements. Everything went as advertised. There were no surprises. Ariel and his crew did a superb job with the tile installation. Every cut was perfect and exacting, the grout was done expertly with crisp edges everywhere, the adjoining carpet was tucked perfectly. We were very pleased with the workmanship. They were very careful not to damage any of our existing furniture etc., they were extremely careful with our floors (they laid protective plastic sheeting and took their shoes off), and they left the place with virtually no clean up necessary. (The only minor complaint I had was on the first day they were scheduled to arrive at 8 - 9 am and didn't arrive until about 10:45 - they did call at about 9:15 to let us know they were going to be late. The second day they were on time.)

THEY WERE VERY, VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EVERYTHING. THEY FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF HERE QUICK. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY WERE ABLE TO DO IT. THEY HAD LIKE SEVEN GUYS IN HERE. THERE WASN'T A WHOLE LOT OF INCONVENIENCE ON MY PART.

THEY WERE REALLY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY DETAILED. THEY ARE EXTREMELY NEAT. I THINK THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. THE HARDWOOD FLOORING GUYS ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT I'D RATE THE CARPET PEOPLE A "C."
