Description of Work: Tompkins supplied the laminate flooring and subcontracted the installation. The installers arrived on time, surveyed the job and got to work. The three installers worked together like a well oiled machine. If I had any questions during the install they always answered to my satisfaction. They did a fantastic job. We will use them again, when the time comes, to replace other flooring in our home

Description of Work: Couldn't be happier. My wife and I came in to their store with two other bids and they easily matched the lowest. But ultimately it was their personal attention that makes us recommend them. When the warehouse delivery guys decided to cancel on us at the last minute before the Thanksgiving weekend the owner of Tompkins was so upset he drove up to Cypress himself to make sure the carpet was ready for installation as planned. The problem was never their fault, though they saw to it that we were happy, and we can't be happier about that.

Description of Work: We had a slab leak which ruined our flooring downstairs. I had 4 different companies come out for quotes and went with Tompkins because of their price, reputation, and quality of products. Carissa was our sales associate and she went above and beyond any expectations. She oversaw the entire project until completion and on top of getting us a great deal she has a great eye for design and a great knowledge of the flooring business. I would recommend Carissa and Tompkins to anyone.

Description of Work: I worked with them for a week or so on quotes for many different ideas I had for new flooring. They were EXCELLENT!- Kathy Wilson was the employee I worked with and she was amazing. I loved everything about them and their prices were lower than other places I contacted, even though they were a smaller firm - add the personalized, family type service and they couldn't be beat. Unfortunately, during the process, there was a death in the family and we had unexpected expenses related to that, and overall decided to wait. I have all the information and have EVERY intention of calling and using them when we are ready and I can't wait!!

Description of Work: They resurfaced all the hardwood floors in my house.
