MDTech was amazing. We had a dryer and ice machine that went out and we called another company that could not help us for two weeks. MDTech came out the same day diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had the everything fixed within two days. They even moved things around to help me, since we could not wash clothes and have two young kids. They truly were amazing and super clean and friendly.

MDTech did an expert installation of a wall model microwave/oven combination which we purchased from a large retailer to replace an existing model that had broken. The technicians arrived within the agreed time window and got right to work. Replacing wall appliances can be tricky because the new unit may not fit the cabinetry exactly, although it is the "right" size. This was the case with us. Not to worry, though, as MDTech came up with a solution for us. Although they did not have the tools to do minor carpentry work, they were able to carefully remove a small board from the cabinet opening and suggest how it could be cut to fit in order to finish off the job. This is a handyman job that we are confident we can have done easily. The new unit looks and works beautifully. We are quite pleased with MDTech's efficiency and expertise because the retail outlet where we obtained the new appliance told us that the wait time for an installation could be as long as 12 weeks. We will definitely call MDTech the next time we need assistance with our home appliances.

They were great! Paul was so quick to respond and two days later they came out on a holiday weekend. Sergei the technician was so friendly and professional. The appliance was not easy to remove because of the construction around it. But It was no problem for Sergei who got it out and installed the new microwave doing a professional job. He cleaned up and couldn't be happier. Thank you guys

The foot configuration on the new microwave turned out to be somewhat different. However, Serge, with a little creativity, came back the next work day and established a level, stable and safe mounting surface. Excellent job!

Paul, came quickly, same day, tightened up the back panel which the previous tech left loose. Which seemed to work. 5 minutes later the noise returned. I texted Paul, who returned and after further checking discovered the compressor was not clamped down either. After securing the clamps. The noise stopped. Never sign an appliance warranty again! Paul was great!!

Paul was the 6th tech we had out to resolve our kitchenaid fridge leak-no one else was able to figure out the problem. He diagnosed and gave us expert advice on how to proceed (mold removal from improper installation) and explained everything to us clearly and patiently. This is a perfect example of why only reputable experts should be hired to install appliances. We have been living with black mold growing in the walls behind our cupboards since we bought the house 3 years ago! Thanks to Paul and MD Tech LLC we can finally fix an issue that has been festering and putting our health in danger. I cannot recommend him more highly-superb knowledge and fair rates. Definitely our go-to for appliances from now on!
