Paul handed me what appeared to be a corroded clamp and explained that by replacing that component he corrected the problem. That seemed odd. The bill said he replaced 3 parts, but the wording is so vague, I have no idea what was replaced. $319.54 did seem a bit steep for a clamp. I feel that I am owed at least a coherent explanation of what was done.
