I called MD Tech and having my mini fridge repaired. They were very responsive and set up an appointment for a visit. Paul (the repair technician) arrived as indicated from his text, was curteous and professional and proceeded to examine my fridge. After a short inspection, Paul recommended my options. I felt he was thorough and honest which allowed me to decide how best to resolve my problem. He also gave me recommendations for other affordable, quality units should I elect to replace my fridge. I would recommend Paul and MD Tech for their professionalism, communication and dependability. You don't find all of these qualities in the repair industry these days.
