Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a Termidor termite treatment and prevention package. When I spoke with them on the phone, I learned that the deal was not how it was listed. The deal said it was total termite package. However, it did not cover the type of termites found in California. I had the deal refunded through Angie’s List.

Description of Work: This was a recheck for termites, as I saw a few in a window again. In 2011 they treated my house for termites. This is part of the yearly service I pay for. They gave me a 2 to 5PM time period, but he didn't show up until 7:30PM. I made many calls that afternoon wondering if he would come at all. I had to change my dinner plans, etc. He said it was the traffic that made him late. That many hours??

Description of Work: they came out on a Tuesday on time and sprayed under house, also in the attic and drilled holes in the concrete around the outside of house and pressured sprayed into the holes and then sealed the holes. the next day on time 3 guys tented the hole house and fumigated it for two days and came out on the third day they removed the tent and I was allowed back in my house
