I hired Guaranteed Quality Heating & Air to come out and service my AC, the tech showed up, he asked me why he was here at least 20 times and I told him once or twice, all he did was check the pressure, did not want to check anything else even after I asked him to, all he kept saying is pressure is too high and I need to replace the unit, I paid $79 for the service call and I did not receive a receipt, this is not the service I expected.

I had a great experience working with Guaranteed Quality Hearing & Air! They replaced my entire HVAC system and added zoning, which has greatly improved the cooling efficiency.

All I can say is wow! My ac went down on Saturday during the record heatwave and Josh came and fixed it on Monday (Labor Day holiday). I thought I was going to get the done and dance that I needed a new unit because mine is 17 years old but Josh replaced a part and I was good to go again. And then he gave me a great price for a new unit with no pressure for when Iâ m ready. Thanks Josh! I would highly recommend GQ.

The service guy came to check the air conditioner for me because we were in for a heat wave. He was honest and told me that he had never seen an air conditioner in such good condition for being about 40 years old. He told me that I could get it cleaned or tuned up, but I really should just leave it as is if it was working. He did not press me to do repairs that were not necessary and gave me some general information on what I should do it I ever wanted to needed it to be replaced. I was very happy to hear that everything was in order and that I would not have to spend any money to keep it running.

A/C compressor fan had stopped in the belly of the recent heatwave. Was able to secure a same-day appointment and at 10 am precise, service tech Isidro arrived and got to work. In under 20 minutes, the $129 diagnostic led to replacing a very old solenoid. The unit is running, but Isidro let me know this was a short- to medium-term fix for the 35year old unit. We talked about replacements, average costs, and the benefits of each (spoiler alert: Amana for the win!). I will most certainly ask GQ Heating and Air to bid on the replacement project and will welcome them back for future work at my home.

It took from 08/20 to 09/01 to finally get the job done. When they did come out to install the new air conditioner on 08/28 the technician botched the job. No cool air was coming out of the vents. He told us he needed to leave and to just give it a couple of hours to cool down. After a couple of hours of no cool air and the temperature going up 2 degrees in the house, we turned the unit off. We were able to get someone to come out on the morning of 08/29. After several hours the technician gave up and said the technician that put it in would come out that afternoon to fix his mistake. After no call or no show later that day, I stopped payment on the check. Someone finally called us and set an appointment for 09/01. After spending several hours the technician finally found the problem. The technician that installed the air conditioner had soldered two pipes together without removing the end cap first. So needless to say, no cool air was able to make it to the vents. It is fixed and working now but the two things that bothered me the most was the lack of communication from the company and the fact that no one would go under the house to even check the ducts. They told me that is a separate service. So if you need your air conditioning fixed make sure to ask if they will check the ducts also.

A new A/C and furnace was installed by two techs on an extremely hot day. The crew was great and the entire project was completed in one day.

I wanted to tune up my two units just because I felt they needed it and Joshua was amazing! He came out quickly and on time. Once he was here he went through my AC system, performed his services, rechecked my system, and then gave me some future options to consider without pressuring me. Josh and the lady over the phone who took my payment (SO PLEASANT), I appreciate the customer service, professionalism, honesty, and just all-around good public relations. Great initial visit. Unfortunately, they collected their initial visit fee and I have not heard anything from them since. Never received the repair estimate or any followup.

I needed the company to deal with my tenant at the property because I'm 500 miles distant. They were willing to do that so it was good for everyone concerned. The only glitch was one which resulted in their surprise arrival to do the work because somehow no one told the tenant that she should expect them that day. Everything worked out nevertheless and the job was expeditiously completed. From my first contact with the company to job done was an incredibly FAST turnaround. The system has worked great and my interface with all of the company employees (boss/owner, phone receptionist, etc.) has been totally professional and pleasant.
