My air conditioner stopped working due to the blower in the furnace. I had the furnace (which is in the attic and 15 yrs old) replaced the next day. The new unit is now a week old and is working great - very quiet.

Called and left voice messages to all the 4-5 star A/C repair companies on Yelp! in my area...none called back. I guess everyone was too busy. Then I tried HomeAdvisor and got a call right away from Guaranteed Quality Heating & Air, they showed up the same day as the call. My 20 year old A/C unit needed to be replaced, so they came back the next day and replaced it with a slightly larger unit (went from 2.5 to 3 ton unit for a 1400 sf townhome). Now we've got a nice cool home again. I'm hoping we save a little money on our electric bills since this newer A/C unit is much more energy efficient.

Their service tech was professional, thorough and informative. Their staff at the site and in the office were very customer aware and sensitive to our concerns. They were on time and kept us aware of what was going on and how long it would take. They gave us what I felt was a fair price and set up a finance program that was fair and convenient. Job well done and we are happy campers.

Fast, friendly, professional service!

Two sets of service men came, one to remove asbestos ducts and one to install new ducts. Both arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job of keeping our house clean while performing a messy job. Work was done quickly, without disturbing us or inconveniencing us during the work.
