The service I requested was an annual inspection. The inspection was thorough but the serviceman was more of a salesman which put me on guard. I would do more research on this company before I would hire them to do other work.

Beyond unprofessional. Only after your money not your satisfaction. Must be watched constantly to get what you want. Don't hire them. Repeat - DON"T HIRE THEM.... I was sucked out of 1700.00 for a simple move of a heater that took them over 27 hours to complete and they did not finish with the heater being able to be used. I had to tear apart what work they did to make the heater operable. And, I was insulted in front of one of the employees asking if I signed my check. And, when I asked for a refund for parts that were not included that I was charged for, I was only given a 30.00 refund - I know full well, the part was in the original bill was retailed well over 30.00 and, they did not reduce the amount in labor for this either. Run for any other company - don't use this company!!!!!

They did a thorough inspection of our heating and cooling system. Made some specific recommendations for additional work which we may or may not have completed.

I would recommend GQ Heating... but with trepidation. 1. Tim the sales guy was very much the sales guy. Nice guy and though the bid was not the lowest (they are a bit pricey) they were able to start work the next day (FRIDAY) so I went with them. Haven't seen from him since. I get it, these sales guys are there to sell you the service. THREE STARS 2. The actual workers were courteous and professional and did a good job. Martin was awesome. FIVE STARS 3. Second team was late. Martin had to come back the next day. Unexpected but ok. TWO STARS. 4. Informed us they had to come back MONDAY to finish. Did not show up Monday. I receive a call from the office MONDAY night that they were coming TUESDAY. They did not come TUESDAY. Work is now scheduled to complete WEDNESDAY. I am not happy. ZERO STARS. Customer service is great with the calls to let you know nothing is being done. Wish I had known the project would take several days. If you're retired, work from home, or have time on your hand it probably wouldn't bother you as much. But since I'm juggling two work schedules it's been a hassle.

They did a great job! They were able to come out and fix the problem on the same day we called and it happened in the middle of a heat wave! The repair cost seemed a little high ($950.00 to repair a fan motor in the forced air unit) but it was worth it to get it fixed same day! This is a very professional organization. I have a home warranty plan, but the contractor assigned to fix the problem didn't even contact me before the problem was fixed.

Everything was great as far as customer service, The repair man was pleasant and worked efficiently. My only concern was the cost. We paid 825.00 to replace the out door fan motor and acid wash the condenser coils. I've been bothered every since if we were over charged but I have nothing to compare the cost to. I went on line to see if I could find more information on what the average cost is for this service but was unable to find any comparable information. If the price is fair I would give them all 5's. If anybody knows if this was a fair price I would really like to know.
