People were great but not sure of their diagnostic abilities. We were without air during 4 days of 100 degree temps but they stayed on job until everything was working and they did everything on initial bid price

They came out on Father's Day for us because my mother is elderly and needed the AC. Service was great and price was reasonable for a holiday and a Sunday.

Salesman was worse than a used car salesman. We were promised a professional installation by the "triple certified" salesman himself, and it was installed by a couple guys who did a horrible install that the salesman and area manager had to come back for a day and a half to fix or repair all the mistakes and cruddy install. Salesman said at the time of agreeing to the price and contract, that it would take about 4 hours to install the system. they showed up several hours late and didn't complete the initial install untill 9:30pm at night, which cost us almost 5 hours of overtime that we had to pay one of our employees to stay here after hours. And at that time, the installers blew our main breaker panel and shut down our phone systems, administration building and our box office computers. Which inturn, cost us more money out of pocket because we had to have our emplloyees troubleshoot and reset everything Too many issues to list with this company, we lost about $1,000 in employee wages and additonal repairs and carpet cleaning and repainting the office wall that the unit was installed in ,due to dirty handprints everywhere and spots and grease stains left on the office carpet. When they had to come back to try and fix everything, they even found that the condensation line was kinked and running into the wall. The unit was hung crooked and out of level, and they said that's intentional to help drainage. What a joke. They agreed that our long list of issues needed to be corrected. But they were grumpy about having to come correct all of the issues. We gave them every opportunity to compesate our non-profit company for the expenses that we incurred, by a credit off the original invoice. They offered to deduct $100 I don't know how they're still in business.

The the ran a little late but I received a phone call well before the appointed time letting me know. When the tech arrived he was very nice and was able to diagnose the problem quickly.

The men were super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone for future service. Great job!

the service man is honest and fount out the problem very quickly and told me to replace a part so that I saved a lot of money.

Steve was the technician and he was wonderful. He explained all about our heater system slowly and patiently so that we understood what was wrong. He was on time and took his time to talk to us. We appreciated the service and will recommend this company to any of our friends as needed by them. Keep up the good work, Steve!!!

After a good first response time, there was absolutely 0 follow through. Problem required a part not in the technicians inventory, and I had to keep calling to try and get status on finding the part. Technician (Steve) never answered phone calls, and the phone dispatch (Dave) never had any updates and kept blaming Steve being injured from falling down some stairs. Things happen I understand, but my issue was not addressed and the customer service was terrible. Problems still exists, and I gave up after 2 weeks. I still have not heard anything from this company, and don't recommend anyone use these guys.
