Guaranteed Quality Heating & Air

I paided $250.00 to have a new thermostat installed. I understand they came to my house but the cost was way to high. The thermostat cost at the store was $49.99 I'm sure they got it at a lower cost....but $200.00 for a thirty minute job I don't think so, but it does work well..........

The installation group was professional, courteous, and expedient. I would definitely hire them again. I enjoyed having them here to complete the job in a timely manner.

The technician was honest and trustworthy. He immediately found the problem and fixed it , I had some renovations done to my house and the contractor forgot to turn the gas back on. Darryl could have lied and have me pay more than the service fee. He also cleaned something else on the furnace Yes I will be using them again.Great Service

This was to be a comparison evaluation with another company that came last week he was much more thorough and surprise the other company did not do some stuff that needed to be done to evaluate our situation

Very quick service

Installed new A/C unit. Arrived on time, finished in one day. All employees very nice. Unit works great. I'm pleased with it all and will call on them again for services in the future.

Tony Rodriguez came out to our home & evaluated our existing system, which was over 24 years old. He gave us an honest review with the options that we could opt for. His team of Rigo & Jorge installed a new system, including a compressor, coils, & heat furnace, in one day. They were very professional & they communicated well with us throughout the project. Our system is now working well & efficiently. We are very grateful.

I gave tem 5 stars but there were some problems. First guy that came out was unprepared for the project even though I told the office what I needed - he was told to give an estimate for all new duct work when all I needed was to repair a small section. He had no materials with him so had to schedule for them to come back. They ran late for the next appointment but I said I said I absolutely needed them to come the same day as I had already taken time off work twice. Thy rearranged their schedules and sent someone out to complete the job. So 5 stars for effort.

Customer service was great: They called the night before to advise that my appointment was moved back from 9:00 am to about 11:00 am, which was no problem. Steve arrived by 10:30 and quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C in little over a half an hour. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They came when they said they would, finished in a day, both the furnace & a/c. Even had a guy come back 3 days later to steam clean the patio from the air stains left from the project.

Tony Rodriguez was our repair/job manager and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, did exactly what he said would be done and when it would be done. It was a difficult job and he and Jose stuck to it until it was done.... I have hired this company for the past 5 years and recommend them highly

The installer was here from 7am to 9 pm. He should have had someone here with him as he struggled getting the equipment above my furnace alone (& we are hoping it didn't get damaged). Then they had to come back the next day because it still wasn't working correctly. They also broke our gate getting the unit through and didn't say anything and then took a couple weeks to get it fixed. We were a bit surprised they couldn't fix the existing unit as it wasn't that old, or perhaps on really hot days like that week was "everyone will need a new unil".

I would hire them again.
