They do good work @ a good price but they do like to practice the art of upsales. Be certain what you NEED then go forth.

Very prompt, friendly and patient. Job was completed same day. We had Bob, Walter and Jose out on different days for what we thought was a problem with the new unit, but the problem was with us not understanding why the heater was going on earlier than for what it was set. This is a great company, no high pressure to buy, honest, and willing to work toward staying in budget. Hopefully,we won't need this service for a long lapse of time, but when we do we are certainly not wasting time to find service....we are calling GQ.

The workers were very nice and pleasant. I had them come originally for an repair but ended up replacing heater. They replaced heater that day. I did check other prices and it was about average what i had paid. I am pleased so far no complaints

They were prompt, communicative, and cleaned our ducts efficiently.

Initial hire for duct clean and ac/furnace maintenance. Darren came out, took a look at our system, checked a few things other places did not. Found UV bulb out, recommended we try different filter media. Suggested some other things that could / should be done. We agreed on a new price for the whole service. He then cleaned AND SEALED up underfloor air intake box, disinfected everything, along with other small items that should have been done years ago. I believe his service was worth the value we paid. I would have him out again.

Theyou were very responsive and respectful for the inspection and basic service. Still waiting to get a quote for additional work to be done though, assuming the delay is due to the cold snap and the holiday season.

Owner called me to let me know his worker was on the way. Arrived on time and was extremely friendly. He wasn't able to complete the job, but as a result, did not charge me anything. Recommended additional areas of concern, but didn't try to push me into doing the work now. I'd hire again.

GQ did a great job with my home furnace. They arrived when they said they would, diagnosed the failure, discussed options with me and pricing and showed up the following day (as scheduled) and replaced the unit. Nothing but good things to say about them. Tony was the senior technician and did a great job per above. Would definitely recommend them. Very customer service oriented.

They went out of their way, to make sure that our heating system was working properly before the cold rain storm came in. We were so thankful for that!
