Steve was professional and courteous,showed me the problem areas and gave me the options I will be recommending this company.

Justin worked with me for the solution and the pricing I needed for my rental location. Since I wasn't present, I worried a bit, but, there was no need. Justin kept me constantly informed on progress and sent before and after pictures. He also worked well with the tenant. They were obviously professional and experienced and made a situation that needed a resolution, something easy with which to deal. It was convenient and pleasurable to work with them. I would highly recommend them.

Guaranteed Quality, was wonderful, the installers were on time. Techs put a cloth down so my floor wouldnt get dirty, when they removed the old central air unit. Day one the took out the old, and installed new, came back next morning to do the fine tuning, and finish. They made sure I knew how to use the a/c and new wifi thermostat. The price was better than all the other estimates I recieved. If you need a new Central Air unit/Furnace, or even a repair, I would call Guaranteed Quality in a minute. Great job!!!
