Very courteous , knowlegable and clean. However, I thought he was suppose to clean the fan but did not clean the fan I guess it was ok.

The technician explained the problem before repair and fixed the issue same day. The service diagnostic fee $49 is reasonable and gets waived upon repair.

BEWARE THIS IS A RIP OFF OFF COMPANY. The technician tried to rep me off. He wanted to charge $ 600 for an a/c system recharge with 4 pond of Freon. He quoted me a price of $ 125 per pound of Freon, he said they have a minimum Freon amount weather you needed or not, I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THESE CHARGES WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. I called other companies in Orange county, CA area the price range I got was between $ 75 to $ 90 per pound of Freon, and they will charge you for how much you need only. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF, HOME ADVISERS SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS, THIS IS VERY SHADY/RIP OFF COMPANY.

We had a burning smell coming from our ducts when the AC unit was in use. I got several pro suggestions from Homeadvisor for the job, and GQH&A was the first to call me back - and they were the only company that was able to send out a tech the same day. In fact, Derek showed up in about an hour, and was awesome. He was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He examined everything, including going up in the attic and inspecting the furnace. He gave us a ton of useful information and several options for the repair. I will use them again for sure.

Technician TB was awesome. Great customer service, very personable and explained everything he was doing in terms that you can understand. Also offered suggestions which would fit our budget and needs. Showed up on time and completed everything in under 30 minutes. Excellent service.
