Could have been a better looking installation . very prompt and did everything they said they would. Excellent price though.

I was expecting a major expense . Mike was honest with his assessment and got my air conditioner up and running for a fraction of the cost I was expecting . I will definitely use them again !!

A genteleman name Steve came to service our AC because it was clogged... He came in and instantly says your unit is too old BUY A NEW ONE. I said Its your job to fix the clog not sell a new unit.. Then proceeds to say it is going to be a lot of work for me, just buy a new unit. I said can you fix it or not.. he fix something for like 30 min charged me $289.00 and left. I put the A/C on after he left 5 min after. It is still broken. I called him and he said ..I don't know I will come bring you your $289 back.. "Its too much work for me" He brought us the money back and said buy a new A/C. It is soo hot here in California and I have a newborn baby and we are without Air...... I want his boss to know this and we are still hot it is going to be 104 today and my wife and the baby are suffering, not to mention I lost money at work because I took off the day to wait for this issue to be resolved.

Came out for a tune up and told me I need all sorts of things done on my AC that came out to about $2700 and then tried to sell me on some sort of VIP special but i held off till I got a second opinion and was told I didn't need any of the stuff he said I needed but did a minor repair which was $600 vs $2700. I don't think I would recommend them.

James was very courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose my ac problem, he tried to see if it was fixable. However, he had to give me the bad news. My 1972 unit gave it its all, I will definitely go to them when I'm ready to replace the unit. $49 we'll spent. Thank you

I'm still in the process of getting my full report ready for you and Yelp. Too many negatives, with only a few positives, related to this contractor. The a/c unit, however, is excellent. The installation process was totally unacceptable , as has the follow up. In all fairness, most of my complaints were taken care of by James (manager of GQ). And as long as we're at it, neither has been YOUR follow up. I've left numerous messages for Shannon without a call back. If you want to know particulars, call me. I'm sure you have my phone number. I know HA has higher standards than they've shown here. As of now I will not recommend GQ. Steve Knight said he would fix the fence they destroyed and give me 2 years of free maintenance for the inconvenience. He also said he would send it to me in writing tomorrow.. which it was never received.

Very responsive...scheduled around our needs which were urgent because we needed work done to the compressor as part of our home sale. Fairly priced and quality work!

The technician showed up on short notice and on time. I found the service a bit pricey.
