Prompt response and prompt to do the repairs needed, but did not complete the job. Also they failed to leave the parts that they replaced as requested. One part in particular I needed to return for a refund, but they still have not returned it. I have been experiencing problems with my heater and they still have not returned to fix.

From the service technicians to the installer of our new furnace, everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a VERY old (23+ year old) furnace and condenser in the home we just bought, and Guaranteed Quality were able to install both for a great price for me. The work was beautiful, and they installed my Nest thermostat for me as well. Everything worked perfectly and we could not be happier!

They came and took a quick look at the furnace, told me there was a chance of a gas leak. the never did tell me why it could not be repaired. The only choice thy gave me was to purchase a new furnace, or experience a gas leak. Furnace was working fine before. I am wondering whether I was scammed or not.

I am so grateful to have hooked up with the folks from Guaranteed Quality Heating & Air (GQHA). James Winter contacted me within a reasonable timeframe to set up an appointment -- where others took a long time even though I requested emergency service. Then Isidro showed up the next day. He didn’t mind explaining everything he was doing and why and answering all our questions. He presented our options and the pros and cons for each. He made us feel like family. When it came down to safety issues, we went with installing a new HVAC system. Isidro helped us get the best deal we could. Although it would take a couple of days before the new HVAC could be installed, Isidro pushed to get it installed sooner. Then a girl from GQHA (who has been keeping me up-to-date on everything from the beginning) called and said the HVAC would be installed that day. Sure enough, Jose came. Jose didn’t seem to mind my asking questions either, and he completed the job within a couple of hours. I am totally impressed with GQHA and their caring about us (seniors), and I am thankful for everything they did for us.

5 Stars! Brilliant in every regard. These are pros, attention to detail in both execution, service, timely phone calls and followup. If you require heating/air conditioning..look no further!

Service was prompt and everything worked well after the service call. The price seemed a bit high to us, but we needed the air condition unit fixed quickly.

Don't hire them, the person did not want to fix the AC thermostat line and left without doing anything. I paid $69 for the service call for nothing.

The tech did NOTHING and was very unprofessional. He didn't check the furnace at all. He only checked for a model number which was not readable. So he declared it unrepairable and tried to sell me a $4000 new furnace. Incompetent and lazy.

Need new air conditioner. Will get a bid!

We had an exceptional experience dealing with GQ Heating and Air. They came right out and diagnosed our AC problem. It was determined that we required a new unit, not hard to understand after over 20yrs of usage. They gave us a very competitive price with no haggling. Installers arrived within a couple of days to set up our split unit (AC and furnace). We had some minor damage to our attic entry, but after calling them up they took care of it immediately. The customer service (always answered our calls no matter the time), service guy (very straight forward and felt like he really cared about our problems; even provided multiple estimates depending on what we wanted or could afford to get done) and overall customer first practices have made them our first call going forward for AC and heating issues.

Gave me a price of $149 to come out that would go on my towards my repair. Price changed to $198 visit + repair..

After living w/o Air for 43years and having it go out in less than 2 months, I thought that it was going to be costly. Steve came down, listened and told us of his assessment and he was right! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice guy! The cost was less than I thought. I'd hire them again and I'd ask for Steve.

The tech was very good. He told what was wrong with my A/C in 5 minutes. The Labor rate was ok, but when he told me the price to fix my A/C , I about fainted. I was over a barrel. I was asked by my brother in law , did he have a gun? I had the exact same part replaced 5 years ago for $75.00. He charged me $340.00. I spoke to several representative at the company after 1 week of negotiations the owner and I agreed to a fair price. The price was $20.00 retail and the labor rate was 70.00. It should have cost total with taxes $100.00 tops. I had a sick Grandma in the house with foot surgery and it was the hottest day of the summer. I had to get the A/C fixed. You be the judge.
