They were very professional and polite. They came out the day after I made the appointment exactly on time and repaired the issue within 15 minutes. The technician even showed me what / how to fix the problem since Iâ m a diyer. Granted it was an expensive lesson, but at least Iâ m prepared just in case our other mini-split experiences the same issue.

Do not use them. They are very expensive and they have to come back 2 times and still the a/c did not work. They try to charge me $ 99 for 2 AA battery. The first tech told me wrong diagnosed to convince me to change part of the system ( I was under time crises to solve the problem because the heat wave) and the price was 75% higher than it was quoted to me later. I will never give them even a simple job because they will try to discover more problem (even they will lie) so it will cost more.
