The issue I originally called about did not show up when the repairman came, however he did his best to make sure that all aspects of my furnace were in proper working order, and offered to come back if the problem should occur again, which it did not. He offered tips on proper maintainance, and was very polite, helpful, and friendly.

He told me what was wrong but didn't fix anything...I was supposed to get a tune up and he charged me $49 and said he wouldn't work on it and the prices seemed high.

It was air conditioning in the summer. He was a great fellow but charged $400 for each thermostat. Probably worth $50 a piece.

Service Tech Derrick did a great job, professional, very knowledgeable. Did a complete assessment and diagnostics, identified the problem and determined that the main control board (MCB) was not functioning properly. He was able to salvage the existing MCB, got the situation resolved and our air conditioning / Furnace Unit working in good order. He advise that in the event MCB malfunctions or becomes inoperable, he would credit monies paid towards the cost of a new MCB.
