I couldn't be happier with Guaranteed QH&A. Ray worked with us every step of the way, Jose who was the day-to-day project manager was outstanding! We had a lot of work done... the installation of our new furnace and adding the central AC unit, replacing all of the ducts in the hours, cleaning out the attic and blowing in new installation. Every single person who came out to work on the project was top-notch, friendly, always on time and they did a great job cleaning up every day before they left. I am a happy customer!!

This company did not stand behind their work, the equipment they installed malfunction, they would not own up to it. They installed inducer motor that was bad. The technician had no clue. There only one bright spot is technician Scott. Scott is a good technician, but the company do not stand by him. Technician Jason and Marin one bad recommendation after other after $1920 down they wanted to replace the unit. Jason rewired the unit to try to cover for the induce motor over heating. The induce motor burned out my control board, we replaced it and it burn out the heat relay on that board. Thanks to Scott the unit A/C and Blower works. But no heat. Scott recommend replacing the control board. I went for weeks try get them to fix the problem. They came out Jan 9, its March 13 I have not heard from them yet. The owner Ray, it took 3 weeks to get him to replace the induce motor, I wonder how long before he call me to replace the control board that I paid for ($791). I going to replace the control board myself. NO HEAT I do not think I will use HomeAdvisor again. This was a bad experience.

It took three extra days, at the coldest time of the year to get this simple task done. Replace the motor and enlarge the intake ducting.The second of four techs came out to do this. The compound he used to seal the ducting was put on so heavy that a blob bigger than a baseball fell on the electrical board causing it to fail and have to be replaced. The next day tech #3 came out and found the sloppy work of tech #2. Tech #2 even tried to hide the trash he made by stuffing it under the boards in the attic. So we wait for tech #4 to come and he replaces the electrical board. All this cost over $1200.00 and I felt overcharged for the service I received. This company did not live up to their name. Tec #3 was honest and showed me everything tech #2 did wrong. After speaking with the owner he seemed to think this was all ok, I could write more but why waste more time on a company I would never use again. Sloppy, unprofessional and just plain lazy work.

They had to do a lot of troubleshooting, and they did a great job taking care of it.

As soon as asked for a request.... Immediately my phone rang and it was a great gentle man named James Winters. He was able to help me out and had a person come repair my heating unit.... same day.... within a few hours! I don t know what I would ve done without his great customer service!

I had two estimates from their estimators and both indicated payment with credit card. When the job was completed, then I was told I needed to pay CASH - $6000. It might be OK to write a check except I had surgery on my right hand the day before the job! I couldn't write a check! I had to pay an extra 3% to use my VISA. I should have been informed of this in advance. Be prepared. The job was very professional and I am pleased with the work and quality.

Very professional and upfornt. I would hire them . In fact I have a pending job for them.

Needed heat for 98 yr old man. Rescheduled next days appointments to accommodate him. Purchased new furnace...installation was professional and job done in just a couple of hours. Thanks you!

Nice guy not helpful..

I spoke James explaining my furnace model and type we agreed on a time and day . The technician arrived on time but had absolutely no idea how to work on my very simple wall heater!! Seriously I took the day off to fix this heater because it been in the low 40's at night !! Do not hire these people unless you want an exercise in frustration !!

They did good work. Didn t try to upsell. The issue turned out to be minor and easily corrected by the tech. I would hire them again

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. First - the mechanic was late...BOTH times. I had to cancel work appointments on both days because of it. Second - Your mechanic, while a very nice guy, failed to spot the core problem with the unit on the first visit (blown circuit board) and mistakenly charged me $200 for a battery instead. When the unit failed hours after he left, he returned a few days later (late again!), and at that time miraculously "diagnosed" the board problem, worth about $900 worth of work and parts. Or, as he suggested, we could replace the whole unit for upwards of $3.5K. I did the right thing, found a different company and did eventually get the unit replaced, for far less than that. Something did not smell good here, and I don't intend to return.

Kind of expensive for such an easy fix but they got the job done

I still have no heat I think he was not sure why my heater is not working. he did not know what was wrong it. 80 bucks for nothing I have hot water no Heat

Great service. Very timely, professional and polite, but just a bit pricey.

The technician was on time., explained the work that needs to get done and the price was very reasonable. Work done was very professional and neat.

On time, easy to understand when explaining technical details, and friendly.
