This company charged my elderly mother $7000.00 to repair a single, outside A/C unit. Disgusting and shameful. Beware.

My technician, Edwin was very professional and quickly identified the problem with my AC unit. He went over the repair options with me and was not at all pushy. Once I made a decision, he did a great job on the repair and I’m very satisfied with the result. Based on my experience, I believe this is a professional and trustworthy company and I will use them again for any future repairs should they arise.

They are coming back Wednesday to install a new A/C. They know what they are doing and they have great reviews. You should ask me again after the installation.

The installer had never installed the ceiling unit and just tried to wing it without reading the instructions. So there were several issues and multiple visits before they got it right. But they followed through, kept a positive attitude during a difficult situation.
