Lived up to the reviews 5+. Made initial contact, friendly and punctual with setting apmt. with technicians. Jason, (tech) phoned to give ETA. He was punctual and extremely friendly, one can tell he enjoys his profession. In fact, I hired GQ for maintenance twice yearly. I m 😃

GQ Heating and Air did an amazing job getting my furnace up and running quickly. They were able to fit me into the schedule quickly and the repair was complete within an hour of arriving at my home. They explained what they were doing and the options that I had before any work was done. I would definitely call them again if we have another issue.

From the very first phone call with Ray I felt this was good company to work with. Then David came out and provided a solution that fit my budget and needs better than what I had previously been told by other technicians. The final installment led by Jorge was done professionally and the heater works great.

GE did an excellent job on our mini split install. The installers were very nice, clean and helpful. We had a few issues to deal with in regards to the job but the team did their best to make sure all was taken care of and we were happy in the end. Their pricing was fair and they really worked hard to ensure we were getting the best set up. I think GE is a great company and would recommend them.

Showed up on time for all appointments. Was able to negotiate a competitive price. Completed all work on time as promised with no do-overs or repairs.

GQ installed a Mini SPLIT system for me about a year ago. The system has been all and more than I had expected. All employees I interfaced with on the phone and in person were customer oriented, friendly and responsive to any questions or needs I had. I recently had a minor issue and ,because of the very hot weather , hoped for quick service. GQ took my call and even with ,I suspect a heavy seasonal service load , came out and had my system up and running quickly Great customer service, focus, and care. Glad I found a company I can call and know I can trust for quality and value .

Excellent AC annual maintenance service and value for the money. Edwin the technician was on time and absolutely professional in every way. Only slight negative was they didn t have my replacement AC filter on the truck. (It s a special size). But they helped me identify the correct model and how to order it online at a low cost. Super helpful 👍🏼

I though it was a little bit expensive compared to the service provided.

This company responded quickly. They promptly repaired our air conditioner in a professional manner.

The installers worked hard and did a great job cleaning up after each day. The customer service was less than average since they never called to follow up with questions. We never got an official invoice showing all the details of the equipment and installation until we asked multiple times.

POSITIVE: The service crew came out in a promptly manner on a hot day. After inspecting the AC unit, they found the issue was with the capacitor. We were charged more than $400 for the service. A few days day the problem resurface. Again they sent one out in a timely manner and found additional issues for more money. We were disappointed by the problem being resurfaced and not have issues diagnosed in the first place.

They were very professional and did a good job. A furnace unit was installed person did not have an invoice. Took a few e mails and a phone call to get an invoice. That was the only issue. Would use them again

Bill Walker came out right away and accessed the problem and gave me ALL of the options and his opinion. He gave me some fair prices and worked around their schedule so I could get it done the next day Bill gave me his card and said if ANYTHING was not right or I had any questions now or in the future to call -no matter what. While the unit was being installed Ray Adibi the GM came out to check on the work and reiterated what Bill had said. The guys installing did a great job and stayed until it got finished and did a great clean up. I am sorry I did not get their names.
