Setup an appointment on Thursday. Was advised about the diagnostic fee and was told they had a Saturday appointment available. That was perfect so I thought. Saturday the rep showed early, that was great. The rep was nice asked what was happening. I explained the thermostat has been changed before multiple times and we are still having the problem with the AC cutting on and off. I advised it will run send out air and cut off after 15 minutes indicating cycling delay. He advised its most likely the type of thermostat connected. I advised I had hot wired the Thermostat per the instructions of my alarm company who installed the thermostat and it ran but I said I didn?t keep it hot wired for long to see if that was the problem. He said the thermostat was the brain and it?s most likely that. We asked if we can leave the system hot wired for some time and see if that?s the problem, if it?ll cut off because we don?t want to put another thermostat and it?s not the problem, we already had it changed 3 times and it?s doing the same thing. He said no problem, call if it continues to happen. 20 minutes after he left the AC cut off like it had been doing. I called the office to see if the guy could come out? Sarah advised she?ll call him. She tried and said he didn?t answer and when he call back she?ll call me back. This was at 9:30 am. I called back at 2:00 because surely the guy called back by now but I didn?t get a call back. The person who answered said they?ll have Sarah call me back. Sarah calls and says ?the tech said we cancelled and he didn?t get the diagnostic fee from us? um that?s not what happened. And that he is no longer in my area (um I figured it?s 2:00 now) and that she can set me up with a Monday appointment provided I pay the Diagnostic fee over the phone. I NEVER refused to pay the guy the diagnostic!!! I explained we changed the thermostat 3 times!!! So it?s obviously not that!! We never cancelled, obviously he was in our home!! But I?m being treated like I have a problem paying and was told the wrong thing was wrong without doing the Diagnostic. I asked Sarah, so I have to wait until Monday for something I already waited a couple days... she said yes, all techs are busy and they?ll talk with him but she?ll schedule me if I pay the Diagnostic now. Wow talking about stereotyping, why would I pay ahead of time, when I got the service I got and when I was incorrectly informed. I don?t trust they would be able to fix my problem so I decided to go with another company which I hope would run the diagnostic and tell me the problem. Thanks

Excellent in every respect. On time for installation, very efficient installing furnace in my house. Covered entire hardwood floors so as not to leave any damage. Excellent job outside with the ac compressor installation. All clean up was better than anything that I have ever seen. Amazing job. Sales rep, Patrick, was highly knowledgeable in explaining everything. Answered all of my questions with no hesitation.

Fair and knowledgeable . My service tech, Ysidrio was honest and troubleshot the problem correctly the 1st time. Had another business come to my home the day before and told me that my A/C was bad and tried to charge me $5,500 for a new one. Got a 2nd opinion and happy I did. Ysidrio went straight to my furnace in the attic (which the other company didn't do) and found that I had a burnt fuse from a faulty transformer. 1/2 hr later and $271 I was back in business with cold air again! I am a very Happy customer

A technician named Patrick arrived early, diagnosed the issue with my heater. Replaced the capacitor and was finished within 30 min. The price was fair. Hopefully I won t need them anytime soon, but they will be the first ones I ll call should I need.
