Description of Work: Power washed loose paint, caulked, replaced rotted wooden beams and trim, painted 3,500 sq ft. house and wrought iron pool fence. They were professional and conscientious. We were happy with the work, and it is still holding up well.

Description of Work: Painted exterior facia and trim, sealed deck, painted exterior wall. They were prompt, courteous, fast, and cleaned up well. Paint looks good. Deck is not as good; they seem to have missed some spots and they damaged a railing.

Description of Work: We liked the owner very much. He was very accommodating about the time of the painting and we thought the price was reasonable. The actual painting crew was very good and they were very pleasant. We had a problem with the foreman because he really wanted us to pick a color from Sherman Williams and Sherman Williams just couldn't match our color. He was quite unpleasant about it. We ended up paying $200.00 more for the Behr paint, which we didn't complain about. It wasn't as pleasant an experience as it could (should) have been, but our house looks good.

Description of Work: Prepped and painted exterior of our home (2,400 sq. ft. ranch.)Painter, Ben, and his father were hard workers and easy to communicate with. They made good suggestions on what to do, and, even color choices (black shutters.)We did have an additional $680 charge (included in the figure above)to replace all of the fascia boards on our porch. We have several wood mullioned windows, and were initially excited when they started to spray the glass during the prep phase. It turned out to be a liquid plastic coating that then dried out after they spray painted the windows. The coating was easily removed and avoided the need to do hand painting of the mullions.

Description of Work: We had a complete re-painting of our home. A very professional owner/Rep. came to the house, took photos and provided an estimate. I went on to get three separate estimates, but was impressed with CertaPro and the bid was fair for the prep and painting. I was not disappointed. They did a great job. The crew was great. Very polite, courteous, helpful and willing to answer questions. They arrived on time and cleaned up everyday. During final inspection, they fixed the few things identified. They coordinated with the other general contractor who was replacing three front windows and finished the house in time for the Christmas Holiday. Guests and relatives visiting for the holiday did not recognize the house. It looks THAT good. Even the painters stood in the driveway/street and admired how good the house looked when they were done. The new paint and colonial colors made the house look brand new. Weeks after the house was done, neighbors commented on how good the house and new colors looked. Thanks, CertaPro.

Description of Work: They painted our exterior woodwork and ironwork. They were quick and effecient. We asked Ben to make our front door look like an automotive finish and now you can see your reflection in the paint. He prepared a comprehensive estimate and when the crew arrived the simply followed the scope of work as detailed in the original quote. Description of Work: We purchased our home and only had 3 days to get all of the painting done on the entire interior before we moved in including all walls and base with crown moldings as well as all the ceilings.. Ben gave us a printed quote on the spot and all of his credentials.He was very professional and courteous. The other quotes we recd from other painters were very competitive but Ben's responsiveness and lower price ultimately won us over. The crew that Ben sent to perform the painting was awesome. They were so quick and very polite. They saw our vision and made it come to life. We had chosen 10 or more paint colors for our home. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The crew even gave us pointers and ideas of what to do in certain rooms and the results I am thrilled with. Ultimately you can't go wrong with Ben and his crew. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality painter who is reliable and gets the job done even better than you had hoped for. An A+ in my book .

Description of Work: Mr. Robinson was very responsive. He sent an e-mail prior to meeting with me detailing his work and credentials. I wasn't able to meet with during the week due to my schedule so Ben met me early Saturday morning. He spent an hour thoroughly going over the project I needed done (2.5 bedrooms and a dining room). He gave me a detailed estimate (his is loyal to Angie's list and gave a discount) and took pictures of trouble spots. I needed the project done quickly, within two weeks. Other businesses told me it would six weeks. Ben was able to start 2 days later. Ben and the very good foreman meet me at 7:15 am to review the job (ugly red/orange walls to be painted lighter neutrals). The job was completed by time I returned from work. The foreman came back and went over the work with me and made sure I was satisfied. The work was perfect, no paint on the trim and no paint on the floor. There was no evidence that they had been there other than the painted walls. The excess paint was neatly placed in the garage where we had agreed upon. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend them to friends. More importantly I would use them again.
