The were on time and were able to identify the issue. They are worked on a couple of other smaller issues that I have been having. They were professional. They also saw some other thing that i had a issue with and made recommendation with out being pushy i know i need to do the other work just wasn't ready that day. Will call them back when I am ready to do the work.

10:30 PM all of our lights and power in our house went out. We called Accurate's dispatch and about 30 minutes later we received a call from one of the technicians, Mike. Mike went over some things over the phone that we might try to see if the power could be restored but later concluded that our main breaker must be broken. About 11:30 Mike arrived and started working on the breaker. He was very professional and knowledgeable as well as efficient. He worked in the dark at the side of our house with a headlamp and was very organized in his process. About 45 minutes later our power was restored.
We will definitely use Accurate's service again as well as give referrals to our friends!

Mike showed up on the agreed upon date to have the work completed wiht his partner. They both worked diligently throughout the day to complete the necessary. Mike and his partner were on time, polite, clean, and the customer service was excellent. Since the work has been completed we have not had any issues with the the electricty tripping all the power shutting down, etc.

Professional and competent technicians; honest and ethical. I was advised of several options to carry out requested work and was not pressured to choose one over another. Work was completed in a timely manner and techs did a thorough job of cleaning up when the work was done. I will have them back for future electrical work.

At each phone call I was greeted with a helpful voice, who took care of my requests promptly. They made arrangements with my tenants for access to the property and got back to me with options. Once I had made my decision, they proceeded to make all arrangements with everyone involved and all the work went smoothly. I received phone call updates and pictures upon completion and always worked with pleasant, efficient people from beginning to end. My tenant is happy and I am happy, and stress levels remained low during the process, which is wonderful!

I was very impressed with Mike's ability to clearly outline for me the problem. He presented four repair options to me. I decided it was time to update and replace the old electrical panel. Mike contacted the city, pulled the permit and kept me apprised every step of the way. I decided to go with a 200 amp new panel so hopefully I won't have to replace it again.
Mike and Joe arrived at the house at 8:00am as planned. I was told the job would be complete the same day and it was . It turned out to be a very cold, miserable day. Mike and Joe worked in rainand hale. Because the city spotted a new location on the opposite side of the house for the new panel, they had to run the lines under the house. Temporary lines are currently connected to give me electricity until the city comes and connects it to their pole. Mike made this such an easy straight forward project. I appreciate that I always knew what was going to be done. Accurate Electrical Services is very thorough.
They stayed very late to ensure that every light/appliance in each room came back on and then labeled each breaker for me too.

Eric was prompt, friendly and very professional. I am the curious type and he took the effort to explain some of the recommended maintenance steps that we can all do as homeowners.
Although Accurate Electrical Services is not going to be the lowest cost provider, having the proper knowledge and experience mean the job gets done right the first time.
It would be more expensive if I hired an unqualified person, wasted time and replaced the wrong items.

Their work was excellent. The invoice was not the cheapest I ve seen, but their service was definitely the best I ve seen: they took a scientific approach, they told me up-front what the various options were (with respective prices), they did the work (with shoe covers on their feet in the house), and they cleaned up after themselves. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. Highly recommended. (By the way, the office staff was very good, too: great communication.)

Eric first arrived when I had Edison review my panel due to a partial power failure in my home. The Edison representative found that my major problem was a malfunction of one of my main breakers as well as some other "minor" wiring difficulties that could lead to future problems for me.
I contacted Accurate Electrical Services from Angie's List and from the moment my call was answered to the final steps in the project I could not have been more pleased. Eric arrived on time for the initial inspection. He was prompt as well as taking the time to explain and confirm what the representative from Edison had informed me about the problems related to my electrical panel. He restored my power so that we could safely use the panel until he could return to do the replacement after explaining my options to me regarding the work that should be considered for my electrical panel.
Now get this. Eric and Mike arrived not only ONLY TIME BUT 5 MINUTES EARLY!!!! Both men acted very professional and answered my countless questions with patience. The area was prepared for work and afterwards the area was actually cleaner then when they had arrived. Several times Eric and Mike walked me through the process explaining their policy and warranty related to their work. After the work was completed to MY SATISFACTION, company policy, and had left, I then received a follow-up phone call from their office to be sure that I was satisfied with their job and professionalism. Excellent - the office staff answered the phone (not voice mail) and scheduled an electrician to come out the next business day. We were selling our house, and during an open house a section of our
lights went out. We needed a professional evaluation and repair to
reassure a future buyer. We researched Angie's List and called Accurate
Electrical. The electrician showed up on time, did some testing and
found the source of the problem. He did not try to over sell us on
doing more than what was required. He had the parts in his truck and
repair was performed during that visit. We were very happy with the
results and the price.

Eric arrived and was neat, clean and very capable. We went over the problems I was having with the outside electrical outlets.
Eric went back to his truck for 10 mins. and came back with a written diagnosis and estimate on how much the proposed work would cost. We agreed on getting the outlets working that would effect getting Christmas lights plugged in. Eric explained to me why I should use low voltage led christmas lights (to save money on my electric bill) and how to string the lights to get the effect I wanted.
Eric fixed all the outlets and showed me where the switches were to turn them on and off. This house is old and it was confusing as to what switches went to what.
I will definitely use Accurate Electrical again. I will ask for Eric. Eric did a great job. You guys are in my "contacts" on my i phone.

We had this dead timer on our front porch light; when we looked inside to change it ourselves, it looked a bit intimidating so we didn't touch it and called Accurate Electrical. Called for appt on Monday, and got booked for Wednesday. The call to the office was fine, gals were nice; gave us the quality pledge & said dispatch would call us back shortly to book a time. Dispatch called back like they said they would. We were told Eric would be coming out and they would call us when he was approx 30 min away...and they did! We liked Eric a lot. He was extremely nice, professional and fixed the switch in no time. We had him give us estimates for installing 2 ceiling fans, as well. Eric didn't rush through the job just to get to the next one. All in all, the whole experience was great start to finish. Walked away feeling that Eric was a new friend and that Accurate Electrical was the neighborhood company at the end of the block. We will definitely be calling them again and will recommend them to everyone else.

I initially called Accurate Electricians after finding on them on Angie's List. We were in the middle of doing some work with a general contractor including putting in recessed LED lights. The contractor we were working with sent his "electrician" over 3 times and he still hadn't managed to make much progress on the work, because he never came prepared and cared more about his personal appointments than our job. We were quite unhappy, because his slow pace was preventing other work from happening (notably installing a new HVAC in our attic.) At this point, I scheduled an appointment with Accurate Electricians. They came over on the other contractor's day off and I gave them the task of installing several recessed LED lights, moving a ceiling fan/light, installing a new outlet for a printer and fax machine, and installing 2 exterior flood lights. They gave me a quote, and after I agreed to their price, they pulled permits, gathered the materials they needed, and got to work. They worked all day without taking a break. Near the end of the day, they found a long dead rat in the attic (which was annoying since the other contractor had supposedly just cleaned the attic) and I told them if they pulled the rat out, I would buy them Subway sandwiches. They tossed the rat in the garbage but then declined my offer. They continued working and finished the job perfectly. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they are worth what they charge. If you want to hire professional and pleasant people, call these guys. The last thing I want to add is this, before you hire an electrician, do yourself a favor and make sure they have a license! The general contractor we previously hired sent an unlicensed "electrician" to our house to do electrical work and the results are not good cosmetically or otherwise. Safety hazards were created that could have resulted in our home burning down or someone being killed. With the Accurate Electricians, on the other hand, you can rest assured the work will be completed in a completely professional manner and you will not need to worry about your safety when the job is done.

I called Accurate on Tuesday and was able to arrange for a service appointment on Thursday. Eric and Curtis were the electricians that arrived on time and reviewed the different options. They found the most simplistic and reasonable approach and had the work completed in less than an hour. As part of the service, they checked my electrical box and advised that the box was very old, had lost its UL listing due to the number of fires that had resulted from problems with the box. They pointed out the specifics of the box and suggested I google the box to verify that issues others had protected. After confirming the box issues, I requested an estimate for replacing the box which was right where the estimate had been when I had prior work completed on the house years ago. Eric and Curtis did an excellent job of moving the electrical, installed the control unit, and cleaned up any sign of their work. After the service Accurate called to make sure I was happy with the service provided that morning. My experience with Accurate was exceptional, from the first call, the email reminder for the appointment, the call to advise they were on the way, the actual service, and the follow up. Rare in this day and age to find such a professional contractor.

We've had a number of electrical outlets out for some time. Coming into the holiday season, I wanted them operational so that we could display our lovely Christmas lights. Accurate Electrical came so highly recommended on Angie's that I decided my first Angie's experience would be best if I went with them. I figured while I had someone here, I'd like my outdated dining room chandelier replaced.
1) A very peppy, happy lady answered my call. Got right down to what I needed. Scheduled me for 2 days later. Sent reminder email & phone call.
2) Mike arrived perfectly on time. Gave me the company "pledge". Allowed me to explain what was wrong. Gave me some basic education so I could understand what he would do during the diagnosis. Perservered when the original hypothesis turned out wrong. Maintained a positive attitude when the job took longer than expected.
3) Staged the area to install the chandelier. Cleaned up afterward.
4) Generally a good experience.
5) I will hire Accurate & Mike in the future.

The lamp we wanted installed was an antique that had been given to us. What we didn't know until Mike showed up from Accurate Electrical, is that some of the parts were missing and we needed to have the lamp rewired and purchase new parts in order for it to be hung from a sloping ceiling. The good news out of this is that we had another lamp that would work in the entrance way.
Mike Peratoner was very knowledgeable, arrived on time, explained in detail what needed to be done, was careful to lay down material to protect our hardwood floors, and cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job!!! I would highly recommend Accurate Electrical Services and most especially would recommend Mike as the man to take care of the job. Mike also had good things to say about working for Accurate Electric, which is something you don't generally hear from employees. We will be telling our friends about the great service we received.

To say I was a little worried when I had an electrical problem that I couldn?t solve myself would be an understatement. We all have heard the horror stories of tradesmen fabricating problems and inflating prices. Well, my experience with Eric Smith and the folks at Accurate Electrical services cold not have been further from that stereotype. After reviewing the options on Angie?s list and selecting Accurate Electrical Services as my choice, I waited to see how it would play out.
First off, it was after Noon and crucial that the work be completed that day. When I called and expressed my requirement they were very understanding and began working to find a resource to fix the problem. From my first call, they were pleasant and communicated with me every step of the process while they worked to book an electrician. Within 15 minutes, they called to let me know they were able to send an electrician out that day.
Eric Smith, the Accurate Electrical Services electrician arrived at my door greeted me and presented me with a card that said he was making a pledge to me to?
I explained to Eric that I had some construction background but feared working electrical issues because of the risk if the work is not done properly. At that point, I had done some trouble shooting and replaced one GFI receptacle. Eric explained that he would take a look and provide me with his findings along with an estimate for the work needed. First off, it was after Noon and crucial that the work be completed that day. When I called and expressed my requirement they were very understanding and began working to find a resource to fix the problem. From my first call, they were pleasant and communicated with me every step of the process while they worked to book an electrician. Within 15 minutes, they called to let me know they were able to send an electrician out that day.
Eric Smith, the Accurate Electrical Services electrician arrived at my door greeted me and presented me with a card that said he was making a pledge to me to?
1.) Respect and care for my property.2.) Wear shoe covers and keep my home clean. 3.) Provide multiple work options. 4.) Provide high quality and code compliant work. 5.) Not collect payment unless I was delighted with the work.
I explained to Eric that I had some construction background but feared working electrical issues because of the risk if the work is not done properly. At that point, I had done some trouble shooting and replaced one GFI receptacle. Eric explained that he would take a look and provide me with his findings along with an estimate for the work needed. Contact with the company was firstclass. The scheduled appointment was made well within the needed time. Reminder calls were made 24 hours prior and within a 1 hour window of electrician arriving.Electrician arrived, immediately put on booties to enter the house and quickly examined and diagnozed the problem.
Made his recommendations for repair and replacements and worked quickly and cleanly to complete the repair. In fact he went one step further and reconnected a hose that had come out of the back of my dryer while he was working on the outlets.
Evey exit and entrance into the house, the electrician removed and then replace his booties so not once did he track any outside dirt into the house. Very courteous, and explained thoroughly what all was needed and why he was making certain recommendations.Everything was neat and tidy and the job was well done.

They were fine, punctual and efficient. The technician did not have the replacement motor on his truck so he left to go get one then came back and finished the job.

From your review it sounds like the rating was due in part because we didn't have the needed part. I'm sorry for that. We lost power to a section of the kitchen area, just when we were expecting friends from abroad that would be staying at our home. After reviewing Angie's List suggested electrical services providers, we decided on ACCURATE Electrical in Irvine, California. This ended up being an excellent decision from start to finish. The scheduling was a breeze and a very pleasent experience. Mike turned up on time and very clean with a very positive attitude. The first thing Mike did was to give me a printed list of his pledge for his services that day, which included the phrase "I will only collect the fee if the customer is delighted with the work". At the time, I accepted the pledge but had my reservations, as I am an engineer and difficult to easily please, much less be delighted with any work.Well, Mike lived up to his pledge and I was "delighted" with the work and reasonable fee. Mike was extremely efficient, neat and took the time to explain everything in detail until he felt I was totally satisfied and "delighted"with the results.ACCURATE Electrical services will my "go to" company for all future electrical issues.
