Description of Work: We use Timberland about 1x a year to trim trees at our home. Tim and his crew always do a terrific job. Tim is very knowledgeable and takes the time to look at your trees and to let you know if there are any problems (e.g., infestation). We're completely satisfied with Timberland and cannot imagine using another service.

Description of Work: Returned my phone call the next morning and visited my sick tree that afternoon. Reassured me that all trees of that variety were suffering from unusual spring weather and would recover next year. No charge whatever. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
