Description of Work: Timberland Tree Co. removed a tree from my yard about 6 years ago. A sinkhole developed in the yard. I called the co. to be sure that there was no connection between the two. None was found.

Description of Work: They did nothing. Ever. Since December 2015, I have left 6 voicemails and 6 email messages (through their website) and have gotten no responses. I understand they may be busy but not having the common courtesy (and good business practice) to return calls to potential new customers is just plain rude. I will tell 10 people who will tell 10 people and hopefully they will eventually get no new customers. That would be my goal for such awful service.

Description of Work: A tree died and toppled over onto our neighbor's property. All the people at Timberland are kind and friendly. They came when they said they would and were amazingly fast and efficient. I thought they would have been out there for a couple of hours but they were there barely 45 minutes. We used them again another time and received the same great service!

Description of Work: "CSM person- | I used Timberland Tree Company for a big job on Friday 10/9. I had several medium sized tree/shrubs removed, an enormous liquid amber tree cut back severely, a pine cut back and various other yard waste/dead wood removed. |The crew arrived early and were very polite to the neighbors by refraining from beginning work until 8am (in compliance with city policy). They were speedy and completed this huge task (I thought) in good time with the crew departing around 11am. They were safe and neat, cleaned up after their work, were good about visiting the neighbors yards to pick up debris and generally very professional. |Their foreman, Mike, with whom i worked on the estimating of the job, was fair and easy to work with; accommodated my adjustments and requests and charged a fair price for the work. |Very satisfied with them and I would hire Timberland again for more work. |Sincerely, |Michael Heafey"

Description of Work: These guys were really great! They came out to give an estimate within 24 hrs. and were able to do the work (removing four trees and trimming several others) within days. They were right on time, did the work in an amazingly short time, and cleaned up thoroughly. It was an excellent experience for us.

Description of Work: Timberland was great! They came in $200 less than the next two quotes I received. They were here right on time with a large crew and got the work done quickly. The crew was supervised the entire time by the same person that gave me the original quote so I didn't have to re-explain myself. My trees look great, my neighbor is happy, and I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Was given an estimate and they stuck with that price. They did fine work. Showed up on time.....very helpful in consulting on what to cut on certain palms and bushes. Cut a little ....got my opinion, cut some more...gave me some ideas. Great crew....and Michael who was the head man and supervisor was excellent at making sure everything was to my satisfaction as well as his. Crew cleaned up area well and they had all the proper equipment to do the work. I am very satisfied. The only area I had a concern they understood and explained why it was cut a certain way and how the palm had grown on an angle after not being done for many years. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again. My home looks much better now. Many palms were cut and shaped and giant bird of paradise cleaned out as well as getting plants out from the electrical wires.

Description of Work: They were very prompt and courtesous. There was a 5% off coupon on Angies List. The other two companies I called never called me back. There was a tree to be taken out, however, they were not able to use their wood chipper. They did it all by hand and it was done very well. They cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Description of Work: Timberland Tree removed a tree stump for me. They provided an estimate a few days after I called and removed the stump the next week. They were very nice, professional, and the removal process and clean up very efficient. The price was also reasonable. I would give them an A on all aspects of the job.
