Description of Work: There was a leak underneath my kitchen sink which needed repair. I called them and they responded promptly. I needed a kitchen faucet replacement and asked for a quote. They recommended a vendor online to select and purchase my own faucet. It did not arrive at my home until approx. 1 week later. Another appointment was made for them to come to my home and replace the faucet. They were prompt, professional, and courteous-with a fair price to boot. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Mike replaced our water heater - 50 gallon. We awoke to soaking wet carpet and searched Angie's list for a plumber (at 6a.m.). Drain Pro was open and arrived at our house in about an hour. He found the source of the leak quickly, shut off the water in that section, quoted his price and was off to purchase the water heater. We were up and running, and cleaned up by 1P..... I referred DrainPro to my sister a week or two later and they were able to help her as well.

Description of Work: I've used them twice in the past 13 months. Most recently, they fixed a leak in a outside water pipe. Last year they replaced a broken tankless hot water heater. Both projects were extremely well done. The water heater broke right during the holidays and they made a point to come over and make sure I had hot water within 24 hours. The pricing is very reasonable. I will continue to use Drain Pro.

Description of Work: They arrived on time. I showed them where the outlet was and they went to work on the main sewer line. I don't know if they actually cleaned it or just viewed it. When I asked for the video of the inspection they told me that was not included in my purchase. They said they didn't do that anymore. I had to show them the Angie's List Deal and they were not aware that it was included. They did go out to their truck and found a memory stick and gave me the video.

Description of Work: I contacted Mike at Drain Pro late on Sunday afternoon to remedy a plumbing issue at my daughters apt in L.A. My daughter is on her own and I am not local enough as well as not a plumber so off to Angies list i went. Mike was very receptive to taking a call on his day off and was very interested in helping out a man in need. Mike followed thru on his comittment to make it out the following day and fixed the issue in a prompt and professional manner. I cannot hesitate in recommending his service and professionalism. It was a real wake up call for me on the honest people that are out there working h****** their reputation and the future and not the quick hit for the almighty dollar. Thank you Drain Pro and Mike!
