They were excellent. They were very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, quick and explained everything to me.

He came on a Sunday when I couldn't get anyone else. He did a great job and he was very enjoyable to talk to.

I've used them three times. Mike is very fair, if I don't need something he won't try to sell me on it.

All the work was done within a few hours and Mike was able to pinpoint and fix the shower issue fairly quickly.

It took 3 attempts to find the real problem. The fist attempt He thought it was coming from the toilet who happened to be direct above from where the leak was coming from. The second attempt he said it was something from the toilet that was not tight enough and also stated that was also leaking from our toilet which I never noticed before. The leak never stopped but it was Friday and he already came home twice, so we waited until Monday to call and let him know that the leak never stopped, so he came back and had to open our ceiling to find out it was coming from a pipe. He was able to fix it and recommend a guy to do the dry wall. The guy did a lousy job. I complained the guy came back and did a much better job. So it took a week to have my house back to normal. He charged me for the "supposed leak" from my toilet plus the real work that needed to be done.

Called the owner, Mike, and asked him to come ASAP. He came over after finishing up a job, discovered the problem right away, and replaced the part that was corroded.

Very good. They came the same day I called and completed the installation within two hours, and left the area neat and clean.

We have used Drain Pro Plumbing twice. Once to clear a drain and once to get the water pressure improved in our two toilets. Prices very fair. It turned out that there was just mineral build up in the toilets due to hard water, and he showed my husband how to clean it for the next time.

It was late evening. Mike came quickly. He fixed it. Gave me some new home owner tips. He even came to look at a problem I was having with my shower. Experience was great so I had him fix something else a few weeks later.

Quick, thorough. I have no complaints. they were honest and told me what they could and couldn't do.

Mike is a very nice, friendly guy. He spent two hours, or more, in a very uncomfortable crawl space underneath the house working on the access. He did a quality job and undercharged me. I know if I had someone else do the work, it would have cost me twice as much. You can't go wrong with Mike.

Great! I picked Drain Pro b/c of the Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed. I am definitely going to use Drain Pro again. I called on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Wed. morning. I did not call to confirm and, lo and behold, Mike and Luis showed up promptly on Wednesday without any reminder. Mike assessed the situation, removed and reset my toilet with a new wax ring, snaked my bathroom sink and shower. Then Mike and Luis went beyond what most people would and went to check out my sewer pipes underneath my house and the access point to the sewer line. They said that they wanted to investigate and see if there was anything else going on that was causing the musty smell in my bathroom. I was so pleased with their professionalism, helpfulness, and good work. The smell was immediately gone after the work they did. I would definitely recommend Drain Pro!!!

Mike was easy to reach and was very flexible with scheduling. He was able to come out the day after I called him about a water pooling underneath my kitchen sink. He and Luis determined it was my piping from my faucet. I also had him look at my two toilets, which had a tendency to run, and a weird situation where whenever I would run hot water from my kitchen (sink, dishwasher or the clothes washer), my guest bathroom shower would leak profusely. Also, the water pressure of hot water in the tub and sinks was almost nonexistent; useable, but I could not run more than one thing at a time. Also, the hot water took more than 3 minutes to heat! After I went out and purchased a new faucet system at Costco, I texted him late Monday night and he was able to come out early on Wednesday. While Luis installed the faucet, Mike investigated the toilets and installed new "flappers," which for now seems to have fixed the problem of running/dripping or spontaneous running. About the poor water pressure, he had an idea to walk outside and look at my hot water heater because he suspected that as the root cause. Sure enough, I was standing there while was able to clear the hot water drain going into the house of hard mineral deposits using a screw driver. This solution was much more simple than tearing up my walls! Now everything runs great and my water heat up right away, and I get really good pressure - able to run more than one sink at the same time. Mike is VERY knowledgable and I'm really happy I chose these guys. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I will likely use them for my sewer line cleaning next, as it's been over 3 years since my last one. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable.

I called Drain pro's number and Mike (the owner) picked up himself, which I loved right away. We were experiencing a very bad leak that had already caused water damage so I was frantic to get someone in there to fix it. He was on his way home already but turned around to take care of our leak! He performed a fix on the spot (had all the necessary parts and tools) and was out the door in less than an hour. It was a huge relief to experience such great customer service and professionalism. I will definitely use Drain Pro's again and highly recommend them to others!

Fantastic. Very thoughtful about how to get the shower to work, instead of just doing the obvious, and expensive, thing. Fixed in one hour, and very reasonable rate. Would definitely use again.

Called my regular plumber. He was swamped, and couldn't make it until the next day. The work HAD to be done that day. Mike (The Owner) of Drain Pro said that he was working in my area and could be here in 20 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and personable. The drain was cleared and I was Happy!

Our toilet was not filling, so it was necessary to replace a part. I sent photos to Mike on Sunday night. It was too late to do anything Sunday, so he told us to use the "bucket of water" method to flush the toilet during the night and he would have someone there Monday morning. We had a newer dual-flush converter installed previously and it was malfunctioning. To make things go faster, I went to Home Depot and bought the replacement part. When Ken arrived, he installed the new part and it was done! My only cost was the $85 for the service call. Both Mike and Ken were SUPER nice to talk to. I will use them again, definitely.

Mike and Ken are my new heroes. Total superstars.
