He's a really good electrician. He is very efficient and effective in doing his job. They charged about $150 or $200 more. They do great work. The guys really has a talent for what he does. They are a little bit difficult to deal with. I felt like there was a little bit of extortion. He knew exactly what he was doing. It was an unusually hot day and I had to call them. It was amazing that the entire thing was done in probably 45 minutes.

Arrived early and worked very quickly. Got appointment same day that, I called. Clean up great! And included patching up the 2 small holes in the wall.

They showed up on time, started right away. Quiet and efficient and cleaned up. Nice guys.

I was really upset. They were late by two hours. My husband was at home. So, I asked him to stay for the service and he did. They were asking for $750 extra. I was shocked. I told them to stop whatever they were doing. My husband called me and I answered the phone from outside. I told them that I cannot have that much extra money on the service and I told them to stop. They said that they had already opened something and that they cannot stop. I told them that I needed a second opinion on the price quote. My husband said that they had already opened the circuits and everything and that we would just go ahead and pay the extra money, which was $650 on top of the $79 I paid for. I was satisfied with the service 100%. But, it cost me more than what I was expecting. I had to pay extra. But, I wasn't expecting to pay $650 extra.

I purchased a coupon from Comfort Electric for $79, good for $249 worth of services, including a free inspection. After receiving a confirmation email, I called the company to confirm an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. I was given a window of 2-5pm on the specified day. When that day arrived, the technician called twice, pushing to come earlier, but we told him we were not available till 2:00. When he arrived, he had an annoyed, arrogant attitude. I told him I wanted an electrical inspection because I had been told there was some unsafe electrical work in my house. I figured he would look all through my house checking different areas. After a brief look at my breaker box, he advised me to get all my breakers replaced, which I declined doing that day. I pointed out to him some issues in my kitchen that other repair people had said were not safe. He disagreed. I then told him about a couple issues with my light switches and he said he'd replace them, never stating the cost. He and his helper (who was very polite and nice), satisfactorily replaced 3 light switches. I'm sure he could see that I was not experienced with electrical issues, but used terminology in a condescending way, as if I should know them. He also briefly went on my roof to check another issue for me. The workers were done in about one hour. I assumed that he would have an hourly rate, like most repair people. Apparently I was wrong--he said they charged by the job and each switch job cost $120, plus the the cost of a couple new plastic plates. So I paid an additional $150, on top of the $79 coupon cost. This is the second time I've had this type of experience with a coupon...the moral to the story is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The coupon is just to get in the door. I expect a better attitude from the repair people I hire, so would not use this company again.

Company cancelled first appt. due to work circumstances. We rescheduled for following week but I received a call on a Saturday afternoon asking if the work could be done then. I agreed and the electrician, John, showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My problem is fixed and it is just what I got the coupon special for. Good deal.

Absolutely phenomenal. John Stavrinides was my technician. If this company contracted him they need to have him work for them because he is outstanding! A++!

The job was completed to our satisfaction. We have not received a bill in the mail yet, but I was quoted in the area of $175.

Outlet install and a ceiling fan install. Should be a very easy task for a competent professional. They quoted nearly all day, ALL DAY! Less than half of that time was quoted by other providers, but I took the deal because it should have only taken a small amount more than the deal timing. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR IF YOU VALUE YOUR DOLLAR. If you're loaded and don't care about integrity, other review say their work is ok, but I wouldn't know because I went to someone who really cares about their customers' need and values.

Came when they said they would; made the repairs promptly; lights now work great. Excellent services.

It turned out just fine. There was a lot less work than they thought it was. They were great people. They were prompt, they came when they said, and he got in here and diagnosed the problem and that was it, but he did ask if there was anything I needed. Actually he could have made some suggestions because I really didn't feel that he took up as much as they offered, but that was okay. I could have kept him busy but he would have made several trips to the store and I'm afraid that I may have run the bill up over the amount that I had already paid. We just let it go. He took care of the pertinent problem right away, and that was fine. They way overcharged but since I wasn't paying anymore than what I paid for their service, I didn't care. The invoice was way over what it should have been, but since I didn't pay the invoice, I let it go. I was a little surprised when they did that but I thought maybe it was standard operating procedure to do that. The quality of work was excellent.

John was very personable and a good listener. He picked up on the urgency I placed on the door bell so he started with that. To our surprise the package did not contain all the parts needed - they were all 'suggested' extras! So buyer beware and read the outside package before leaving the store! John came prepared and had an extra resistor! Somehow he got the old outside button to work. The sensor light gave him very little trouble. He even explained the different settings on it. John said from the very beginning that he knew little about stoves. But before he left the hotplate was in perfect position lining up with the surface of the stove. I have no idea when he fixed that too.

Fixed the light switch in about 2 minutes and charged my wife an additional $50 for some part on the switch. Spent the rest of the time trying to sell her about $1k worth of repairs we don't need. Was in and out in 20 minutes even though we paid $50 for an hour of labor. I wasn't impressed.

As usual with crooked sales people they never called back because I am an electrical engineer and they know cannot rip me off

my appointment was for 9 AM. At 9:30 I called and got voicemail. When I did not hear from anyone, I called Angie's list at 11. They gave me the email and I wrote an email at that time. Someone eventually called me back about 12:30 and didnt know where the guy was or why he hadnt shown up. He finally arrived at my house at 7 PM. I waited 10 hours for this service. He said he lost my address and phone number and that's why he couldn't get a hold of me. But his office had it and Angie's list had it he could have obtained it. It was so incredibly rude just to leave me sitting there all day long. If you do use them, just pay the $49 and let them work one hour and send them home. And stand right over them and watch that they continue working and Are not just sitting on their thumbs for one hour so that they can get into the second hour where they can really sock it to you. This is my first time using Angie's list and I am so incredibly disappointed. I have had enough of this kind of service and that's why I joined.

They came on time. Very friendly and fixed what needed to be fixed. Will use again.
