The tech could not fix the problem, said he would follow up and come back to repair the problem. Never heard from him again. I called the company and they said he would return call,,,never heard from anyone. They did not charge me anything so that was good. They are very expensive.

They were on time. They explained to me what they were doing. No issues after they left so it went as planned. They had a trainee there and that may have slowed down the process. I understand that they need to expose people in order to get job training. It just made things go a little bit slower. They could have just had the experienced person come in and take care if it themselves. The most they did was put the freon into make the air cooler.

Very well. I was impressed by Artin and his professionalism. He let me know what our options were and was both efficient and quick.

Scammers. I was quoted approx. $280 to move my ceiling fan. It is a standard size fan in a bedroom. I should have known better after they failed to show up or call twice. When they finally arrived, the electrician made comments about my house and cars in the driveway and then told me it would be over $750!!! Unbelievable. I called to complain and I was told "so what, you can afford it" Beware of these people, they are not honest and will attempt to take advantage of you.

Work was completed same day. It took some convincing to get electrician to believe my story on the problem I was having with the outlet under the kitchen sink. He pretty much said that there was no problem and it didn't need changing. I tried reenacting the problem but of course it didn't happen again when I was trying to show him. He only agreed to replace the outlet once he experienced the same problem turning on the garbage disposal switch. I'm glad the problem occurred again while he was still there or else he wouldn't have replaced it like I asked him to. The work was done to my satisfaction and I didn't have any issues after the work was done.

It was a good experience. I made use of it twice. It was $300.00 for the first visit and $500 for the second visit.

This was a $79 big deal purchase and it was okay. They were quite expensive. They get their foot in the door and then once they are here they try to charge more money for the services. It is very obvious that it is a marketing thing. We are not satisfied with those deals. I am not very impressed. The electrician left a circuit breaker off for the air conditioning. Their responsiveness was okay.

Knowledgable and professional electrician. I would much prefer time and materials pricing however. He said they charge $140 to replace a breaker, so 2 breakers cost $280. He spent all of 15 minutes doing this, so that would be $1,120 per hour? The breakers continued to blow, thus he suspected a bad outlet on the circuit. Again fixed price- $480 to find the cause of the fault. And again, he completed this in 30 minutes. So I got a bill for $800 for one electrician for one (1) hour. Come on.

Had an appointment. The tech showed up stating he needed to go to home depot for supplies and would be back within a half hour. He never showed back up. I called the company twice. Once I was told I?d get a call back within five minutes. I did not. The second time I was told they would call me back within 10 min. I have not received a call back at all.

The service was okay. Initially I accidentally deleted the email that they had sent me, and then I called them, and they set it up. I paid $177 in addition to the $99 of the big deal. He broke something by accident. The responsiveness was very good. They did fine as far as coming out in a timely manner.

Comfort Electric did not even show up to provide an estimate.

The inspection itself was very thorough. They told me what all was wrong with the house, which was useful. However, I thought their bid to do the work was too high.

Adam was great. He kept in constant communication letting me know how long he would be driving from San Diego. Had come questions and replaced an outlet in the backyard.

Worked very efficiently to determine the problem relatively quickly. Offered a couple of solutions. Proceeded to fix the problem restoring power to the room within about an hours total time.

The team was responsive , came as they said they would and completed the work on time. It was a small job but I had had difficulty getting someone to perform the work. I am most grateful.

Technician was very prompt as promised and very thorough and professional. My only gripe was that the overall price seemed a little high except for the deal I purchased from Angie's List. They charged $289 to install the fan although they didn't have to do any rewiring. I could be wrong but have thought I saw a lot of deals where fan installation was between $100 & $150. Because of the deal through Angie's list I saved $100 off their price but where I was kind of expecting to have most of it covered with the $49 for $150 of service labor.

Very punctual brought one of his guys with him and they were awesome and very experienced. Fixed a light that my husband installed that just wouldn't work and did it easy. Then they replaced cabinet lights as part of the deal. Would recommend. They are the real deal.

Paid $99 for $300 of service. But I think this is more a selling point than what is really offered. The provider spent 30 minutes installed an under the sink outlet box with cable that was already pulled out from the wall for installation. That was all it provided. I was quoted $289 to find out why the outlet under the sink did not work, when all needed to be done was to reset the switches. Of course; I did not agree. $186 to simply replace a breaker in the panel box and $1840 to replace the main breaker, no thanks! I was left with $239 for the under sink outlet box installation. The bottom line is without the service provider stating the hours it will spend on your project, these Big Deals offered are questionable marketing practices.

Called as requested so I could meet him. Did a fantastic job. I misunderstood the pricing structure on how this works. I think the cost could have been more reasonable if I shopped for the services. But the electrician was amazing and I would use them again in the future but would do more due diligence up front on the service costs.
