Description of Work: They advertised a high performance fan installed for $199. The first thing he told me when he showed up was that the fan was a piece of crap, but a good one could b installed for $100 more. After I originally signed up for this "big deal" they were supposed to get back to me within a day or so to schedule the installation. It took over a week to get it scheduled. The upgraded fan was installed and I am very happy with the fan and the installation.

Description of Work: I needed new lighting/wiring in my garage. Rene arrived on time, assessed the situation, and purchased the appropriate fixtures/materials needed to complete the job. He offered constructive suggestions and he worked continuously until the job was done. Rene installed new motion light fixtures inside and outside the garage, he replaced plugs/switches/plates throughout the entire house to code specifications, and he revamped hoses/piping to the backyard fountain. Rene and his crew were punctual, pleasant, and professional...in a word, PHENOMENAL!

Description of Work: Installed outdoor electrical outlet and inspected electrical panel. Installation went very well. Just a small amount of wood shavings to be cleaned up after they left.

Once he finally calls back didn't even apologize and then comes and quotes all these fees that has nothing to do with the ad nor I needed. And make it worse rushed my wife and poor service

Description of Work: Rene checked the electrical boxes of my 30+ year old home and made recommendations. He also removed a ceiling fan and replaced it with a ceiling fixture and installed 2 new dimmer switches. Very professional, very prompt, very clean. I would definitely call him in the future.

Description of Work: first of all, i was uncomfortable that he asked me to give him an evaluation of his visit while he was present, making it awkward for me to really give an honest opinion of his service without offending him. the visit was suppose to be for a electrtical service call and repair credit ($50). I had two very minor items to fix. door bell not always ringing when pushed and a light switch that needed to be replaced because it was physcially out of alignment. the doorbell he replaced with a new button and the light switch with a new switch. total time to replace: approx. `15-20 minutes. he then checked my circuit box for any problems which i knew there was none (new house). he said he was giving me a $50 repair credit and proceeded to charge me $200.00. i did not object because he had already started working on the items prior to the estimate. I felt this amount was excessive given that i was to receive a $50 work credit and had already paid $39 up front for the service call. the total bill came to $239 for him being at my house for 1/2 hr. the items he replaced was pretty nominal and could have been purchased ast home depot for less than $25.00 At the rate he charged me, his services amounted to approximate $400 and hr. this is more than a Lawyer's fee. his work was satisfactory but would not call this guy again because he totally overpriced me knowing he was a Angie's referral.
