Description of Work: Installed a 4 light bar in bathroom. Work done OK, except for drywall damage that was fixed, but I will need to paint the area. Total time was about 2.5 hours, so $380 seems high for the work completed. |Contact with Comfort was problematic, the Angie Deal included the commitment to make contact in 2 business days, it was about 10 days before I reached them.

Description of Work: $29 was an Angie's List deal for a whole house electrical inspection. He didn't look at the whole house, but he did address my two concerns. One of my concerns was an outlet in my bathroom. He suggested I switch out the GFI. He had the parts and replaced it within 15 minutes. He charged me $150, which my research says is the average. My other concern was a burning smell outside when the lights were on. He said not to worry about it. He claimed to have 30 years experience and did seem to be very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Rene, the electrician, has made his electrical inspection throughout the house and gave me feedback on the condition. He changed my bathroom light set upon my request, and he has tightened wires of my dining room hanging light which seemed like it's about to break off. He also inspected my ceiling fan for possible replacement of transformer/fan. He is GREAT and professional!! |I will definitely use him again when needed. Thank you, Rene.

Description of Work: They installed a bath vent fan. This job took about one half hour and they provided one electrical box connector and two screws. I was told after they arrived that the $270. "Big Deal" that I purchased was not enough to cover the installation and it would cost me another $80. After reading the details on the so called Big Deal which said it included the installation of bathroom vent fans among other things. I expected it to be covered. The deal also covered a free electrical inspection. The electrician opened the circuit breaker box looked inside and said it's fine but I don't like that they used clips to gang two breakers together rather than a bigger breaker. That was the end of the inspection.
