Description of Work: We had numerous outlets that were not working. He came and fixed then and said that it would be best to change them all. So we did. But later a couple of them went out again and when we tried to contact them to discuss, we never got a call back. I had also asked for some detailed information/a report on the work he did so that I could submit it to my homeowners insurance but did not respond.

Description of Work: They kept having me talk to different people, who would provide different prices. Jessica in the office would always refer me to the electrician "John" who had an Irish accent. He seemed very nice, but I could not get the price he quoted me of $140 for each LED can light, or $280 for 2 lights, in writing. He and Jessica told me they would honor the price quoted verbally by John, but as I wanted it in writing, it never came. Then after I complained to Angie, another man called me late one night and said that he "was back from vacation" and that John was not the electrician for my area, so the price John quoted me was not available, that it would cost over $500 for the 2 can lights. At that point, I decided to not use this company, who was so unprofessional and kept me hanging for almost 30 days without providing the written quote.

Description of Work: I used an Angies List special ($89) to have a ceiling fan installed in a room that did not have a ceiling fixture. The extra costs brought it up to about $400. They were punctual, professional and I have had no problems.

The Comfort Electric Electricians, Rene and Shawn, worked efficiently and in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves before they left. They responded to my concerns and provided me with valuable advice and information when I asked for it.
