Description of Work: Made an appointment to have work done. No one called or showed up. I took the day off from work, because it was a full day's job. After a half hour late, I called them. They said they would call me right back. Forty minutes later.I called them back,they said my electrician was out of town. They would have someone else come over. He called shortly after that, and couldn't come until afternoon. okay. When he gets here, he gives me a different estimate and has to reschedule. He could do only part of what we wanted. But I had a second appointment. The owner from San Diego calls me to get the other part of the job in progress. He didn't come through. The second appointment date came and again, no show and no call. I called them to see if he was running late. No, he wasn't coming.

Description of Work: Electrician was very thorough any very accurate in labeling the breaker box.

Description of Work: Johnny located the problem with the long-time lack of power to an outdoor waterfall & replaced the necessary parts & installed a new box. I no longer need an electrical cord across a walkway. The indoor switch controlling the waterfall also now works. He created an additional outlet in a hallway and installed a dimmer switch in another hallway. He cleaned up debris after he was finished. He advised me about replacing old, unreliable circuit breakers & outlets that cause me to go through lightbulbs faster than should be the case and quoted a price for this work.

Description of Work: The company sent someone from another company to come out and perform the service. He said that comfort electric had too many jobs to handle with the deal offered to Angies list members. The gentleman did not make it out on the date (friday @2:00), and needed to push back the time twice then rescheduled to the next day. The concern is that I took the day off to be there so that he could perform the service. He showed up without the wiring to resolve the concern and needed to go to Home Depot for items. He did however resolve our concern end result.

Description of Work: For the first appointment, a repairman called and asked if they could come earlier in the day, which I said was fine. The repairman called back later and said things had changed and they couldn't make that but the appointment would stand at the original afternoon time, however they never showed up or called to cancel. I left a message and they called back next day with some excuse about why the guy couldn't make it but they never explained why nobody ever called to let us know. For their rescheduled appointment, they were on time. We had asked to have them replace an outlet under the kitchen counter and add an outdoor outlet. He didn't have all the parts for the outdoor outlet despite the fact I had specified that originally so he had to run out to Home Depot to get a part. Not a big deal for us but but still a mystery why they weren't better prepared. I also thought the price for replacing the indoor outlet was a bit high although he did replace one on the interior side to the exterior outlet at no charge. $284 was our total out of pocket after the value of the Angies list deal. The work quality was very good and I would probably use them again.
