It went well. He came over after finishing a job at a city near me. I really appreciate it very much.

Rene the electrician called 30 min before out appt to say he was on his way. Got the job done as requested. Good Guy!

Rene showed up on time and was very knowledgeable.

Rene labeled electric & found a backfeed problem with two outlets in the house and rewired them and replaced plugs.

Rene examined the panel and tole me how the safety and function could be improved by rebuilding. He also advised me about the outlets throughout the home for possible replacement in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Rene came out early and finished quickly. Simple, easy. Quality work.

Rene was accommodating and on-time. He also explained some other electrical jobs that I should consider for my old house.

The service man that came out was very nice, called before he got here and did a good job. I paid the extra $150.00 but it was too high for my budget & too expensive. Wanted to charge another $40.00 for another outlet but I couldn't afford it. He gave my sister and I estimates on other jobs, but I think I would Other estimates too.

The man who answered the phone was not very friendly. He said the big deal would not cover the ladder rentals. He couldn't give me an exact price just that it could be up to $200 more because of the height of the ceiling to change out the light fixture. It appeared they wanted a bigger job that was more profitable. He did call back and say they could do it for an additional $100. I would not do business with this company!

Rene communicated will with us. He responded promptly. He was courteous and quick as he diagnosed the reason for circuit (s) outrage he replaced the box and its' content. We will be doing a total home electrical inspection .

Rene came when he said he would . Explained what needed to be done and did it. He also labeled the electrical box switches so we know what switch worked with which outlets.

I was satisfied with every aspect of both the electrician, Rene personally & the work performed.He contacted me promptly, was on time and worked quickly imparting recommendations and informative necessary to avoid future problems.

Called to make appt- A OK very clear on what coupon covered, just fan, not electrical. Arrived on time; got right to it.

I had him install an outlet and it has held up fine since they did the work. However, I wish he would have responded a bit faster.

The electrician, Rene, did an excellent job and I would again use him. My only complaint was with our scheduling. The original appt was changed by me a week in advance. The rescheduled appt was changed at the last minute by Rene. A 3rd time was agreed upon. Rene called 30 min before the new appointment time to verify that he was on his way. He arrived at 7am and completed the work in an hour. He clearly understood our preferences for the new outdoor outlet which required an upgrade (and an additional fee) from our Big Deal purchase. He completed the job and thoroughly cleaned up. I appreciated that Rene inspected our present electrical panel, made recommendations, and he did not suggest that he "could do the job while he was on site." Should I decided to follow Rene's recommendations, I would definitely consider his company.

Rene was on time, has performed services before on my place-always having to correct electrical wiring that was not up to code or done safetly. Brings security knowing the job is done right and up to code.
