He came in and looked at things and I said ok, thinking he would be reasonable with his pricing. I was shocked at how much he charged. He wanted to replace some can lights in my kitchen. One of the light bulbs has already burned out. He put round GFIs in. When I called them and asked why it cost so much, he said they were like $20 each and they are at Home Depot for under $10. He charged $450 to put in a fan. He put a CFI outside and charged $130 for that. I feel he took advantage of me.

This Deal seemed like cheap bait to get them to come and get more expensive work. I don’t appreciate the upsell. However, the fan has held up fine since they did the work. The price was a bit more than I expected. C- on price.

We have used the companies services before for the same special. Rene Sussman arrived on time and he has been here before. He also changed our electrical box (fuses) several days later. Our house was built in the 70's and had the original box and he also fixed some of our electrical outlets. Rene works quickly and explains what and why he is doing. He answered all of our questions and now we sleep better knowing our house won't burn down to an electrical failure.

When I reached him, via phone, and told him I had an Angie's List Big Deal his tone was exasperated and he asked "so what is it?" I told him $39.00 service call and $50.00 off the first service. I began to tell him the three main things I needed, including replacing a fan light fixture. To just replace the fixture (no new wiring, just put the new one in) he quoted me $189.00...If you add back in the $89.00 from my "deal", that makes installing the simple light $278.00! Even if he quoted me wrong, and meant to take out the $89.00 off the $189.00 (which he didn't say) that's still $25.00 more than I just paid for the 2 new light/fans to be installed in my kitchen ($75.00 each). This is no "deal"! When I called his female partner to ask about the pricing, she was driving and said, equally exasperated and curt, "I'm driving...". Well, duh lady, then don't pick up the phone if you can't talk. I am getting ready to sell my home, and have a lot of repairs to do. I w I'll just call the repairmen I've already used who have MUCH more reasonable pricing, and are pleasant and responsive.

He was so accommodating. He called on Friday he was here on Sat & did the whole job on Sat. Amazing. He was so fast & efficient. Until I realized how expensive it was...So he put in circuit breakers in the panel box, not new panel box, and about 15 new electrical outlets for $1720. The bummer is that it didn't fix the problem I called about. When two people use blow dryers at same time circuit blows. It still does that. He was really nice but his price wasn't. I think it was to high.

It was great. He's very prompt. He even went out of his way to come on a Saturday for me. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use him in the future.
