Things went well and they explained what they were going to do and why it needed to be done. The circuit had shorted and this circuit went to all the bathrooms and the garage so it needed GFI outlets, which made the job more expensive. But I'm happy that we're up to code now. Had I known they would be this expensive I would have asked for more concessions when we purchased the unit.

Heron arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. We appreciate his professionalism.

Rene called to say when he would be here (date & time). He texted me that he was on his way and showed up on time, got to work ASAP. He even gave me advice on old wiring coming from electric pole to house. Had me call utility co.

Took a couple of calls to schedule due to staff sick but rene was responsive to texts and was replying even on Saturday night. He was very professional.

Upgraded the fan from the original in the $199 Installed fan offer for + $107 recommendation of the company.

My house is 40 years old and most outlets and switches are original. While Rene concentrated on my kitchen, there is more work to be done. I'd hire Comfort Electric again to do the additional work.

OK, it was a little difficult to get a hold of him at first but that worked out ok. I was not aware that I had to come up with $300 but I guess I didn't understand the coupon for $99 so total was $400.

Excellent! Had some issues in the wall, but the technician expertly and cleanly resolved the problem and finished the job quickly and efficiently.

At first we had a little bit of miscommunications probably on my part so I'm revising my review, He did a great job and I couldn't be happier!

I no longer needed service, I was able to fix it on my own.

Additionally they wanted to charge $150 to $200 for a simple job, it is too expensive!!

Full review coming up after I finish some cleanup. This is a brief review to get this out ASAP. Jason is thoughtful and tenacious. This morning he and I had given up on a job we had started, but then realized was too complicated to be completed within my budget. But it bothered him to leave it at that, so he stuck it out and we had a breakthrough. Mission accomplished! His effective finish didn't cost me more, and I got exactly what I had wanted. This is the kind of guy you want on your job. Fantastic work, Comfort Electric!

scheduling happened but all communication on his part was via text and very short and curt. I had to ask twice for an appointment time. Rene showed up with a helper within the time slot expected. he was very quick and curt but not unpleasant. took the cover off my electrical panel and left it laying on the ground. He replaced two outlets that had been shorted out. he also did a brief inspection of the attic. I purchased the angies list deal for $99 which included $300 worth of electrical services PLUS a free safety inspection. he charged me $190 above the coupon amount for the work. told me that if I paid by card it would be $240 but by check only $190. I thought that was shady. he said the attic inspection was usually $100 charge but he'd take a quick look. I think he charged me $50 for it. his pricing seemed to be made up on the spot. I felt uncomfortably like I was being snowed but had no basis for comparison to argue. So in the end he was at my house maybe 20 min to half hour. with the coupon amount plus what he charged me extra his work cost $590. ???????? seems VERY expensive to replace a couple of outlets and do an inspection which should have been part of the package. I dont think I saved any money at all by purchasing an angies list deal. in fact I'm sure I was charged more overall than it would have cost to hire someone not on angies list. also I really did not appreciate being asked to fill out a review on the spot while he was still there. i could not fill it out honestly without feeling embarrassed so I gave high marks undeserved. he gave estimates for more work but I think I'll get estimates from others as I don't feel I can trust comfort electric. I have no doubts of his skills I just don't feel he's trustworthy.

The electrician accomplished the work efficiently. He is knowledgeable and honest. The outcome was excellent.

I purchased this Angie's Deal on 05/28/2014. I received an email within 2 days with information to contact the vendor. I called Comfort Electric at he number provided and got Renee. It seemed that he was driving at the time. He asked me to call him back and leave him a message or text him info regarding service request. I tested him the necessary info including available dates. I did not hear back from Renee until 06/13/2014, I had almost forgotten all about the deal. However, he did come to meet me regarding service request that same day. He inspected my electrical panel and recommended upgrading a few of the breakers. He gave me an estimate for the work and he started right away. We made arrangements for him to return to complete the job a few days later, as we were going out of town. The work was completed and we are very satisfied, although the price did seem a little steep, but we needed the work done and so we agreed. The work was satisfactory.

Company was slow to respond to my request. They did eventually respond but not in the timeline I was looking for.

Exceptional!! We are so impressed with Rene's professionalism and proficiency - he definitely knows his stuff!!! He arrived early each day with his helper Justin and got right to work - I told Rene that he runs on a Duracell battery...honestly, that guy works hard!!! John was another excellent /fellow electrician who provided the "patch work" after walls were open for access....impressive - we have a texture I thought would be difficult to match.....it turned out perfect! You won't be disappointed - these guys are pro's! Rene is now in our permanent Rolodex, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who's looking for excellence!
