I ended up not needing the deal. The only thing I would say about my experience is that they did not call us back when they said they would so we had to call them to schedule.

not impressed, it turned out I just had two breakers off and once activated my electrical problem was fixed. The list of needed items was not needed at all. I did not use them, and would not recommend them. The 29 dollars was wasted I had a subpanel that i wanted evaluated to operate extension lights., the estimate for repairs was 450, but when the two breaker swithces were turned on, it worked fine. What ever the repairs were, if needed, and i doubt they were, they were not described to a sufficient level of detail. They also did not call me. I finally realized that they had emailed me, and had I missed that email, they would have kept the 29 dollars and not followed up.

They seemed unprofessional. I purchased the deal on Monday, they said I would get a call by Wednesday. They did not call until Thursday or Friday.I need to get the work done so I found another electrician.

Complained about price of deal in every conversation. Hung one light in 35 minutes and left. The deal was $79 for $249 worth of electrical service. The amount of time spent hanging the one fixture means he thinks his time is worth almost $500/hour. In similar previous deals, we had much more work done.

We bought this special promotion through Angie's list because it was so cost effective. One half hour after the scheduled appointment time (8-10am), I called to find out where the provider was. I learned that my confirmed time and date didn't appear on the electrician's calendar. After a little time and some grouchy comments about inefficient support staff, Rene said that he would TRY to get to my home later in the day. At 1:30 he called and arrived at 2PM. From the moment he arrived I had the sense that he was there just to plus the job and try to get more work. He complained that he wasn't making any money on the job. He asked about "other" work that we might need. I know that specials are a loss leader, but he referred to me as "one of those" people who only want the special when I declined additional service. He exhibited an all around negative attitude and uncomfortable vibe. The new fan has a wall controller that has a very basic computer chip that keeps track of previous settings. Rene tried to tell me that it was an electronic installation and that he would have to charge more for that, because "installing the wall switch was an extra to the ceiling install". Whoa.... I called the fan vendor who confirmed that the switch install consisted of attaching two wires and could be done by anything that had opposable thumbs. Rene did a bit of backtracking, and said that there would not be an up charge, BUT at the end of the job, suggested that maybe he would be entitled to a little tip for installing the wall switch. Yea, right. In the end the work was done professionally and within an hour. It's just that the unprofessional demeanor made it uncomfortable and it's not the type of vendor I want to do business with. .

Inatallation was fine. Had to pay an extra $50 for the third light.

The appointment to do the job was 9/22/14, 3-5 pm, but no one showed up to do the job.

Rene called when on his way, arrived on time & did all the installation to my specs, and recommended to change a couple of things to save some money. Excellent job & would definitely use again.

Appointment was rescheduled, but then performed quickly. I has a $250 Angie's list big deal for the service. The installation to little over an hour, and he wanted an extra $300. Work was done OK, but the price expectation was totally out of line

I received a phone call on wednesday night at 9pm from the guy who was suppose to do the work. His name is Renee. The work that I was suppose to have done was installing fan's in our bathrooms. When I received the call he was very rude from the start of the conversation.He informed me that the coupon would only cover one fan and we would have to pay for the other one to be installed. I informed him that I needed to reschedule. He told me good as he was booked and would not be able to come on the day the service was suppose to get done. he asked me what day would i need to reschedule for and i said next week Monday, Tuesday or Friday. He then said ok we will reschedule for next week sometime but did not give a date. So i asked him a date and he told me that he was not sure because this is side work and he has other clients that he need to take of. I then asked again what day would he be availble and he said maybe Tuesday and then asked again what time he said he didn't know sometime in the afternoon. I stated we would need to know so that we can make sure someone was here. He then again told me that he was booked and this was extra work so he did not know. I then stated to him that it sounded like he didn't want to do this job and I asked if I should call the company to have another tech come out, he then told me he didn't care to do what ever i wanted to do. This guy was very rude and avery unprofessional. I would not reccomend his at all.

We bought a deal on Angies's list, but by the time he was done our bill was up to $400! He kept telling us as he was working how much more each thing he was doing was going to cost, but we really didn't understand by the end how our deal on Angie's List even mattered.

They wouldn't honor the deal I purchased, so I won't be working with them. The service man I spoke with was very rude today. There may have been some confusion with the deal, but the interaction today was very unpleasant.
