Rone arrived on time and thoroughly evaluated my electrical panel. He replaced the AC panel which was old and undesired. Rone also installed chandelier.

He looked at my two projects and gave me estimates as well as suggesting upgrades that he would recommend.

I was told I needed to talk to the technician directly so the receptionist gave me his number. When I called, he was very rude and did not want to answer my questions since he was not working. It was a Saturday morning and he never offered to call me back.

We scheduled a appointment over the phone. I spoke with Elaine,I believe. The customer service was fine and it was easy to schedule. They were willing to come out when I needed them. They are coming out next week in the morning.

I purchased a $99 for $300 Worth of Electrical Services Angie's List Big Deal. Arrived as scheduled, did a good job.

they were on time and polite.The contractor did not leave a manual for the remote and it's very complicated with fifteen switches/buttons so I have to guess which button to press to operate it. The fan speeds up and slows down and then repeats so it becomes a guessing game for me. I don't know if he wired it wrong or if that is the way the fan works if you know how the buttons work. I called the contractor and he told me I don't need a manual. I wouldn't recommend this contractor to my worst enemy!!!! I have spent too much time on-line trying to get a manual but no luck there. my only alternative is to call the contractor when I need to use the fan.

It was about a month between the time I purchased the special offer with Comfort Electric and the first available appointment. When the day finally arrived, the electrician was clearly in a hurry and his main goal was to leave as quickly as possible to another client (one that I'm sure didn't purchase the Angies List special. His total time here was between 20 and 30 minutes (closer to 20). He left no paper work to detail what work he performed, and even forgot to reset the GFCI before he left. I asked if he could replace a second light that I had (the first one took him 10 minutes), but he told me that it would cost extra ($100+). So apparently approximately 40 minutes of work is more than $250 at Comfort Electric. On top of that, the caulking he applied looked like a teenager performed the work. It didn't even fill the gaps near the top of the light fixture. I won't be using Comfort Electric again. And I'll be very skeptical about using Angie List specials.

It went very well. Although I wasn't expecting to dole out that kind of money that day, it was a general electrical inspection of my house. But he did uncover the problem with my circuits and perhaps prevented a fire in the future. He pointed out other things that at some time should be taken care of too. He did a great job explaining what and why he was doing what he did. I won't hesitate to call them back should I wish to take care of some of the other things suggested.

Called to confirm he was on his way. Came on time, was very courteous, professional, and explained everything.

He could not fix my alarm because it was an alarm transformer so I asked to have a plug installed. He said it was an extra 100 dollars over to amount I paid for the Angie's list deal which means he charges 350 dollars to put in a GFI plug. I think he felt guilty over the high price so he said he would throw in a cover for my electrical box switch and he put in a new plug where there was an existing plug. I am on a very limited income and that is why I use Angie's list but all these supposed deals end up costing me more than if I would have paid someone else to install the plug.
