Showed up late, but performed stated work quickly. Their attitudes were nice and professional. Work was clean and thorough.

Everything went smoothly. The electricians were delayed but they called me to let me know. Once they arrived they quickly accessed the situation and let me know what they planned on doing. On their first attempt at the repair, they got the problem fixed. I was extremely pleased.

Good. Renee and his assistant went right to work. They explained the electrical system in mobile homes which I appreciated.

Comfort was, I told him when he called was what I wanted was a security camera wired. The security camera is wireless but it needed power and it was placed near and outdoor light so it was pretty simple to run a line from the camera to the outside light. Well, he didn't show up at the appointed time. He called me, made the appointment, I told him what I wanted and he did not show up and no call, no nothing, no feedback, no nothing. About a week later I called him and he said okay and he made another appointment at which time he showed up. He said, well, he could only do one of those lights and it would be $450 each for the other two. I thought, well, we'll do the one and I'll just get someone else for the other two. He did hook it up but he did a real sloppy job. The cable instead of being stretched along the edge of the roof kinda had loops in it which I thought was not very good. And then the connecting wires which were black that went from the camera place to where he connected the power, he just left them drooping down so here are these black wires hanging down underneath the security camera. I said, can you do something about that? It just doesn't look very professional, so he kind of bunches them up and sticks them behind the camera, partially hidden and then they fall out. I just want it to look like a professional job and not all these wires hanging down. He just kind of grumbled and he stuffed them up there again and I just gave up. I'll just get somebody else to finish that job. Then later that day I get an email from him to please schedule an appointment with him. I don't know what's wrong with this guy.

"Great!" Called & came out one day early due to a cancellation and performed the service. Efficient & reasonable!

Very clean. Nice truck. Very professional. Very nice. He was on the phone with other customers most of the time. Gave me an estimate of $700-$800 to fix 3 outlets. He said that was on the high-end. Left the panel cover off one of the outlets. Checked the light in the another room. Basically, it was a $69 service call for an estimate.

Pointed out the problem areas in main box that needed to be replaced. Excellent job! Very professional and courteous.

Contractor did a nice job of running a new electrical wire from an existing indoor outlet box through an exterior wall to install a new outdoor electrical outlet. His work was very clean and he did the work in a short amount of time. Less than I had expected. I also had Comfort Electric do some previous work installing 3 new GFCI outlets in my bathrooms and one GFCI outlet on an exterior wall to bring them up to code. The cost for the previous work was approx. $320.00. All the costs stated were in addition to the fee paid to Angie's List for their service. I would definitely use Comfort Electric again.

He did a fantastic job. He is diligent and his helper seemed to be diligent as well. He did a great job. They were professional. They were specific about what they needed to do and how they're going to do it. They gave me an assessment then they told me what is going to be necessary to go ahead to resolve what they had determined was wrong; should we go ahead and execute the repairs and from that point on they went ahead and took care of it. These guys are good and I will use them again. I thought their price was reasonable considering the nature of the work and the amount of the work that they did.

They are great! I have used them before and they do a professional job. When it comes to electricity, you need to have someone that knows what they are doing. Comfort electric does!

Not that well. The outlet installation was very good (I had to do a little cleanup but that's okay). However, the "electrical inspection" consisted of the tech looking at one outlet in the garage and saying it needed replacement (Which my wife authorized) and that ALL of the outlets in the house should be replaced due to age (28 years). He did not inspect other outlets, just condemned them. I disagree. There are a few outlets that have 'lost their grip' in the house and probably should be replaced. But many of them are just fine. I got the impression that the outlet installation special was ONLY a way into the home to try to upsell unnecessary work.

It took a couple of hours to do the job, but I'm glad I had it done when I did. Some of the breaker switches were showing signs of heat damage. The job was done well.

I was very unhappy with the provider. He was unclear about what my final total would be, and wouldn't give me an estimate. I didn't have much that needed done, and another provider since then has told me that my needs were very minor, and shouldn't take long at all. They were not polite, and I would not recommend them.
