Description of Work: The service team arrived on time. They were very efficient and explained to me what they had done and what additional work would be required to solve the termite issues. Since I don't know how to rate the termite treatment results, I can only give them a score between B and A for their services.

Description of Work: Gina gives a cell phone for emergencies, which was a huge plus. I was notified by a tenant on a Sunday morning of an ant infestation. Gina was there at 9:30 the next morning taking care of business. Tenant reports "all clear," No more ants!
